“I ALWAYS KNEW THAT BOSS AND YOU ARE A THING.” kisame grinned at you teasingly, you snorted at him and didn't say anything in return

your eyes darted at pain's back, wondering what was he thinking, claiming you like that in front of akatsuki and bonten. you and him are not involved in any kind of romantic relationship so what was he doing?

in fact, when you first joined akatsuki, you thought pain and konan are a thing because they are always together and almost can't be separated. but when he start hitting on you, you thought he was cheating with konan but that was cleared already.

“we want an alliance with akatsuki but then, itachi or y/n has caused us a lot of damage during her previous mission. would you mind if we want a compensation for that?” your eyes went on mikey, of course they won't forgive and forget just like that

“depending on what kind of compensation you have in your mind.” pain answered. his ringed purple eyes are seriously scaring the bonten executives, it might be because it's strange and that's their first time seeing one

“not much. she should just continue working for us.” mikey answered, if they will ask about your opinion, you don't want to go back on bonten's mansion again

“keep in mind that y/n is a very valuable piece for me, i won't trade her into anything but since we need to be fair here, i will alow y/n to work for you personally.” it was pain's decision and it was for the alliance so you can't do anything really

“but i'll send kisame too. just view this as a gift from me for our new alliance.” kisame chuckled quietly, he have a hunch for the real reason why pain has send him with you

“y/n and kisame has been partners for years now and i assure you, they work better together.” pain added, mikey seems hesitant but then nodded, a sign that he agrees

pain and mikey continued to talk more about the developing alliance between the two organizations. you sat on the log that you saw on the side, closing your eyes, letting yourself to rest and gain your chakra back.

after a long talk about the new alliance between the two organization, pain decided that it's better to go back now to akatsuki's hideout. however, you and kisame should go with bonten for further discussion

“wait, our cars are left on that damn building. we need to go back and get those or else we can't leave this place.” truthfully, the building where the incident earlier happened wasn't that too far from where were you all now

akatsuki excluding you and kisame vanished in thin air, teleporting themselves back to the hideout. you and kisame watched the bonten executives converse to themselves, waiting for them to finish and finalise their decisions

“we'll get our cars and you two are coming with us.” kakucho announced firmly but kisame grinned at him then shook his head

“no, we're not coming with you. we'll be on our way, i'm pretty sure y/n knows your hideout very well.” your shark like teammate said with a mocking tone on the end that made the executives snort

“hn. he's right. there's no need for us to tag along with all of you, we can go there by ourselves.” you added before you and kisame vanished on the thin air, leaving an irritated executives and their bored leader

“never once it crossed my mind that itachi-- y/n could be a woman. why we didn't notice that at all?” koko voiced out his thoughts while they are walking to get their cars

“that's because we let our guard down towards her, just because she's showing a great skill.” rindou scoffed, still hates the fact that you successfully fooled them

“but take a look of it. she's a damn member of a literally powerful organizational. they are not normal, they have abilities like wizards and stuff.” they hummed at mochi

“did you guys saw her eyes earlier? it's red with tomoes. then whe she perform what ever that fire something is called, the pattern on her eyes evolved. looks like a pinwheel.” kakucho remembered the scene earlier, where you looked back at them after performing a jutsu

“yeah. i heard they called it mango cute sharingan?” sanzu hesitantly said, trying to figure out if he's saying it right but koko snorted at him

“idiot. it's mangekyou sharingan! according to that deidara, it's an advanced form of her normal sharingan, the one with tomoes only. i wonder what she can do more.” no one answered koko after that

they took their time analyzing everything on their mind while they're walking peacefully. everything went too fast, from your arrival at bonten, then you managed to get their trust even mikey, then ran and sanzu feeling something for you, to the tournament where akatsuki firstly revealed their organization, to them realizing that you're a spy, and finally, to you being a member of akatsuki and not being a 'normal' one

“don't let your guards down this time. we still don't know what else they can do, even though i already conclude that we can't do anything against them.” they turned serious and nod at mikey

somewhere far from all the happenings, a team of four was moving fast around the city quietly. they lurks in the shadows, making sure no one would notice them, until one of them stops so the other three have to stop also

“what is it?” one of them asked the girl who stopped, the girl didn't answer just yet and continued to feel the surroundings first. her team mates waited for her response, not very patiently

“i can sense it. she's been here, her chakra was lingering around this place, but it's faint now. wait, not just her chakra, there are more.” the red haired girl with glasses said

“i see. we should continue the search.” uchiha sasuke said nonchalantly with an authority on his voice, the other two men nodded at him. jugo and suigetsu, while their lone female teammate also nodded at him while blushing hard

“did i impressed him? kyah, in this way, i could surely made him fall for me too!”  karin uzumaki squealed quietly on her head as their team starts to move again searching for a certain someone who goes by the name, y/n uchiha.

a/n : aight, sasuke is already here! thus, i want to warn everyone that i ship sasusaku sm so maybe i'll add some moments of the two along the way. i'm fully aware that my girl, sakura, have so much haters, but i will not tolerate any harsh comment about her.
