What people may not realize is that Wanda is very observant. So when her mother comes home after work with the eye bags under her eyes, the small smile that is trying to hide how tired she is. When Wanda goes with her and sees how everyone asks her about everything.

She'll finish one thing then go to the next person then the other and the other and it repeats. At the end of the day, she looks as if she's using all her strength to not fall asleep while driving sometimes she asks Yelena to drive home.

So on those days, Wanda tries not to bee clingy and give her space. If she has a nightmare or needs something during the night she goes to Yelena. Being extra quiet with her footsteps to not wake the redhead up.

The first time Yelena got woken up she groaned assuming it was Nat messing with her until she saw Wanda standing there then she panicked but Wanda just crawled into bed with her and cuddled, saying how she had a nightmare then fell asleep. The blonde confused on why the girl didn't go to Nat but was too tired to ask and also fell asleep.

After a few more times, she started to figure it out. It melted her heart at how sweet Wanda truly is. Everytime Nat was beyond exhausted, Wanda would try her best to help including not disturbing her sleep.

"Hi little spider, come up" Yelena whispered tiredly, moving and patting the space next to her. Wanda crawled in, laying her head on the woman as she wrapped her arm around the girl. "Nightmare?"

She nodded, her binky bobbing softly in her mouth now that she's safe in her auntie's arms. "Don' wan' wake mama" Yelena smiled, patting her back softly. "That's very sweet of you, do you want to talk about it?"

Wanda shook her head, "just sleeps please" Yelena yawned, tucking in Wanda properly. Leaving a kiss to her head, "I can definitely do that"

The girl let out a soft giggle, her mind going back to Nat and how exhausted she looked. "Auntie Lena?"

Yelena hummed, her eyes closed. "Mama be okay?" Wanda asked, clutching her teddy bear to her chest. The woman smiled, opening her eyes. "She will be and besides she has you helping her"

"I help?"

She didn't think she actually helped but with confirmation from the blonde, it made her happy. "Of course you do Wands even right now you're helping her"

The next morning Yelena quietly untangled Wanda from her body and got up without waking her up. She closed the door softly when she was met with Nat. "Good morning" Nat said softly, "did she come to you last night?"

"Morning, yeah she's still asleep. She didn't want to wake you up"

"Why not?"

"She sees how exhausted you were and wants to make sure you get your rest" Yelena said before sighing, "you need to make the others realize you're not a machine and you also need a break from time to time"

"That's very sweet of her and Lena it's my job"

She put her arms across her chest looking at her big sister with unimpressed expression. "A job where it can be very stressful and draining, you need a break and they can ask someone else for things too not just you"

Nat sighed, she knows deep down Yelena is right but she's still afraid that if she doesn't do everything she'll get thrown out and then how can she wipe out the red in her ledger. "I'll try"

"Good now I'm going to go shower"

"Good, you stink"

Yelena looked at her offended as she lightly punched Nat's shoulder. "I do not stink" she said rolling her eyes before going to the bathroom.

Nat quietly opened the door, seeing Wanda still sleeping and she had to fight the urge to squish her in a big hug. So instead she kissed her hairline and tucking her teddy bear back in her arms, Wanda fully relaxing in her sleep after it. "I love you my sweet girl" she whispered.

A few seconds later, noise of stuff falling on the floor with russian curse being heard as Yelena dropped who knows what making Wanda stir and whine. "Shh it's okay" Nat whispered, rubbing her back. "Mama"

"Good morning sweet girl, don't you want to sleep for a bit longer?" Wanda usually slept in for longer on the nights she had nightmares, they always drained her but the girl shook her head. Rubbing her eye and pulling on Nat's hand to climb in bed with her. Nat grabbed her hand, pressing a kiss on her palm, Wanda sitting up and letting her head fall against the woman's chest. "You sleep mama"

"It's time to wake up now detka, I've already slept" Wanda wasn't happy with that answer, her mama had to get her rest. "No, sleep"

The woman sighed knowing she lost this argument and climbed in bed. "Where you going baby?" she asked as Wanda got up, giving her her teddy. "You stays with teddy"

"Okay" she chuckled, "I'll stay with teddy"

Wanda let out a big smile that her plan was working, making her way to the kitchen. She knows Nat's favorite food is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches so she decided to try and make it for her and bring it to bed. It should be easy enough.

She put everything she needed on the counter, she never used a knife before without Nat or Yelena being there but she had to be quick.

Nat was scrolling through her phone, answering some texts from the day before, shaking her head at Kate's texts because Yelena wouldn't text back after saying she tried hot sauce with mac and cheese and it wasn't nice. She typed back to her when she heard a wail, "mama!"

She ran to the kitchen seeing Wanda in tears holding her hand. "What happened Wands?" she said, gently moving the girl's right hand to see what's happened. Wanda hiccuped, "I- I was trying to helps"

She cried harder at the realization she messed up her whole plan. "I'm sorry! I wanted to be good!"

"It's okay baby it's just an accident, you're so good sweet girl, you're always my good girl. Let's go clean this up" she said feeling slight relief go through her that the cut wasn't anything deep. "Follow my breathing detka you're going to make yourself sick"

Eventually she calmed down, her breathing back to normal, a few tears still falling. Nat reassuring her with loads of kisses that it was okay while putting on a bandage for her. "Sorry mama" she said quietly, wiping her tears with her other hand.

Nat gave her a soft smile, nothing but love and adoration in her eyes. "There's nothing to be sorry for, I appreciate you very much for thinking about making me my favorite sandwich and Yelena told me how you're going to her at night because you don't want to wake me up and that's very sweet of you darling but you know you still can come to me anytime"

She gave her a nod, slightly kicking her feet back and fourth. "I love you mommy" Nat kissed her hand, it now being wrapped up in a bandage. "I love you too baby now how about we go continue those peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?"

Wanda's expressions lightened up with a huge smile on her face, "auntie Lena too"

"We'll make for auntie Lena too yes dorogoy"

Wanda did one for her mother, bouncing on the balls of her feet as she watched Nat take a bite, hoping it was good and waiting for praise from the woman.

"This is the best sandwich I've ever had, good job baby"

Wanda blushed from the praise but very happy with the result
