Pidge X ReaderPart 2-2

"Why is there a guy in your room," Keith asked. "He is my project partner. Can you leave? We need to finish this project," you asked. Keith and Lance push you away so they all can enter your room. You text Pidge to meet you at your house if you need an escape from your family if this goes wrong. "Who are you," Shiro asks. "What are your intentions," Lance asked. "How do you know our sister," Hunk asked. Oliver didn't seem to get overwhelmed. "First I am Oliver. Second, I intend to work on this project which is 20% of our final grade. Third, we are in the same English class, and we are partners for this project," Oliver replied.

You were impressed no boy has ever done something like that they normally freeze up and don't speak. The boys pause for a second confused. "Are y'all done we need to finish this project," you asked. "You know we could help you with this project," Lance said sitting next to Oliver. "We don't need your help. What we need is for you to get out," you add getting more annoyed. "Y/N we are just trying to protect you," Shiro said calmly. "If you don't get out, I will kiss him," you said without really thinking. Shiro looks at you wide-eyed. Oliver looks at you and smiles knowing the truth. Keith holds you with his arm in case you try to kiss him.

You and Oliver look at each other and to break the silence you both burst out laughing. Your brothers looked very confused. "Do you think I would kiss him," you ask? "I mean he is a guy so ya," Hunk added. "First off I am gay so no thanks," Oliver added. "Second, you are being overprotective has made me not even like men," you said. "Third, if you cared enough about her life, you would know she is dating someone," Oliver said. "Lastly it isn't a guy it's a girl," you replied. Your brother stands there shocked and embarrassed.

"Y/N we had no idea," Shiro began to add. "I don't want to hear it. My whole life you have been this overprotective wall no one could get past. It's not fair I am not even the youngest. I get it I am the only girl but that does not give you the right to control who I am friends with. Oliver is a great guy, and you could not even see that because you were too busy if we were going to kiss or not. I am done letting you control my life. Leo in math is a great friend. He learned how to help me with calculus when I don't understand it. He learned how to make it simple for me to understand it better. Now that he is moved because of you two I got so confused at the end of the lesson. Stop controlling my life. I don't need your protection," you ranted.

You didn't realize you were crying. You turned around and ran out of the house. Lucky Pidge was waiting for you in her car. You open the car and tell her to drive off. You can see your brothers standing on the front porch as she drives off. "You're going to tell me what happened," Pidge asked softly. "Can we talk when we get to your house," you ask quietly. Pidge nodded her head and drove to her house. Once you get there Pidge takes you inside and up to her room. Pidge locks the door so there is more privacy. Pidge walks over to you and hugs you. You hug her back not wanting to let go.

"What happened Y/N," Pidge asked. "My brothers came to interrogate Oliver and I got fed up with it. I told them everything. That I was dating a girl, that I was a lesbian. I told them everything. I also might have lashed out at them for being so overprotective," you explained. Pidge just listens to you rant on about the argument. Pidge kisses your cheek to get your attention. You look at Pidge in her beautiful brown eyes. "You know we have been dating for almost two years and this is the first time your brothers know," Pidge added. You smiled and laughed a bit. "Ya they can be a bit clueless," you said. Pidge looks down at you and smiles. You and Pidge have kissed before.

You pull Pidge's collar and kiss her gently on the lips. Pidge pulls you closer to her, deepening the kiss. You pull away a few seconds later. "That was my first kiss," Pidge said. "Mine too," you added. Pidge smiles happily about having you in her arms. You never wanted to leave this. There was a knock on the door followed by a voice. "Pidge, Y/N brothers are here," a voice said. "Coming Mom," Pidge replied. Pidge got up and looked at you. "You want to come," Pidge asked. You really didn't want to go but you knew you and to see them eventually. You nod and follow Pidge to the front door. Pidge opens the door while you stay out of view.

"We had a feeling Y/N would be here," Shiro said guiltily. "Yes, she is here, what do you want," Pidge asked, being a bit overprotective. "We want to apologize for how we have been acting these past years," Kieth started. "We were so worried about her safety. We forgot she is an actual person with her own life," Lance added. "We didn't mean to overstep her boundaries and we are sorry. We realized how crazy we have been acting recently," Hunk added. "We now know how this is affecting Y/N and we want to make it better. Y/N can love whoever she wants, and we can't stop her," Shiro finished.

Out of view these words made you smile. You stepped into view, surprising your brothers. "I accept your apology. I also want to apologize. I understand why you were going to protect me. The world is a cruel place, and you didn't want me to experience that," you said. Shiro smiled and you hugged him. Keith, Lance, and Shiro added to the hug. Pidge looked happy to see her girlfriend happy. "So, Y/N is Pidge your girlfriend," Lance asked. Everyone just laughs.
