Until I Met You

Suraj:"So.. You like my daughter?"(He asked straight forward dropping a bomb on Aditya who looked at Arohi then back at her father)

Aditya knew that this was his chance. He knew he had to pore his whole heart out for Arohi. He was ready. This was is chance to show his respect and love towards Arohi.

Aditya:(After a pause of silence)"Yes Uncle. I like your daughter. In fact I love her. I know this all maybe something you didn't expect but all I can say is it was our destiny to meet Uncle. All My life I have been waiting for that one person whom I would call mine. That one person whom I can love and cherish. That one person who will be my soulmate. Uncle, My parents had a love marriage while my elder brother had an arrange marriage. Though they both had different kinds of marriages, There love for each other was something that was same. I have grown in a house filled with love so I do believe in love with all my heart. And I found that love in Arohi." (He looked at Arohi while speaking the last few lines)

Arohi smiled as she looked at him and they shared a small eye lock before Aditya again turned to his future father in law. His eyes drifted to his future mother in law as well. He had talked to swati quite some times. Though Always with the gang but he knew how sweet and loving person she was. He could see a smile on her face for his words.

Aditya:"Uncle Maybe you might not think I am worth Arohi. And Maybe I really might not deserve her but I want to be able to give her all the happiness in the world. I may not be the best in the world but for her I can try and I will try my best. Without your or Aunty's blessing our relationship will be nothing. Our love will be nothing. That's why I wish you would give us a chance. I will try my best to live up to your expectations."

Suraj was about to say something when the bell rang making everyone turn to the door. Arohi's eyes widen as she looked at Tanvi in panic. Swati eyed Tanvi to open the door to which she nodded no. Swati gave tanvi a glare while she pouted and moved towards the door. The sisters fear came true as Taiji entered the house.

Taiji:"swati i have.."(She stopped seeing Vivek and Aditya.)

Adi and Vivek stood up and they greeted Taiji who looked at them confused before turning to Swati. Swati looked at Suraj who gave no heed to Taiji and asked the boys to sit. Aditya felt the atmosphere tighten as he sat down. He looked at Arohi to see her looking at him with a nervous face. He gave her a assuring smile but she just nodded no as if telling him or warning him of the drama up ahead.

Taiji:"They?"

Swati:"Bhabhi they are friends of Tanvi and Arohi"

Taiji:"oh...They are here to..?"(seeing the suitcases)

Swati:"Bhabhi they came from delhi na so.."

Taiji:"Oh.. What hotel are they staying in? (turning to Aditya)"you know there.."

Suraj:"Swati.. make arrangements.. They are staying here only. (turning to Arohi and Tanvi)"It's already 12:30.. let arrange lunch"

Arohi:(Still stocked at the recent declaration)"ji..papa"(Suraj got up and left to his room while Arohi looked at Tanvi then at Aditya  who was as shocked at her)

Tanvi:(jumping up in excitement)"Oh my godddd I think papa agreed. Aruuuu!!!"(Hugging Arohi)

Arohi:"Shhh He hasn't said anything"

Taiji:"Agreed to what? Leave it. Swati i came to tell you that I have talked to Pandit ji. He has suggested a boy for Arohi. Tomorrow I am calling them and.."

Arohi:"Taiji.. I won't see any boy"

Taiji:(glaring at her)"Shut up.. why won't you. (She said sternly and lowered her tone seeing the guest )"Swati make your girls understand."
