"OK let's do it's Farwell aaru surprise your friend" said aarohi to herself.Somewhere else isha her bestriend was searching for her,"Uff what the he'll where is aarohi now? Suddenly some one pulled me.

"Isha let's go dance are gonna start."Said tanush guy bestie of aru and boyfriend of Isha.

" aro?" I asked. " She would be there and if not she will come lets go" he dragged me all the to sit. See I am going to take lecture of this idiot, suddenly lights were out and stage lights lit up and song started and aarohi started dancing and soon the stage were closed by curtains.

" When did you start dancing?" I asked her as she stepped out and sat beside me. " long time ago and today is our Farwell day so Suprise. Did you guys like it?" Asked Aarohi. " We were shocked and you were super aswome and hot yaar." We both said at the same time and I saw her with glistening eyes.

Aarohi's POV

" And I was there - that's it we all were partying all night and those were the peaceful last days I spent with my friends and had a messed up marriage with runaway  groom. " I said to Richa my therapist.  After the whole standing alone situation in mandatory. I needed some one to confide all my thoughts and my anti depressant pill aren't helping me. I looked up to Richa who was shooting daggers and I knew why it was.

" What were you searching when you had your friends ru" Asked Richa and yep she call me ru. "Do you read people's mind Richa?" I asked and she chucked. "Do the revelation." " I may or may not be wanted to see my crush who absolutely crushed it as he wasn't there." I said and covered my face in embarrassment."no need to blush like a teenager ru." Said Richa. 

" I don't understand why did you ask about my college life?" 

" time to reconnect aarohi. What if you found your crush? What would have happened? " asked Richa. "Nothing I would have been staring at him all party and would have done it many times. You know Isha was always pushing me to talk and me no talk person so a crush be cursh"

" you know it's a biggest red flag?"

"Well we fly up to space seeing devilish red flags right? "

Richa raised an eyebrow at me, clearly waiting for some deeper revelation. The kind of silence she wielded could make anyone spill their secrets. It was almost like she had me in some sort of mind trap."You're dodging the real question, Aarohi," she said, tapping her pen against her notebook."Am I?" I muttered, trying to act nonchalant, but my mind was already drifting back to that night. 

The way my heart had raced every time I even thought of looking at him. A crush, yeah, but it was more than that. It felt like a damn obsession back then.

"Why didn't you talk to him?" Richa pressed, her eyes never leaving mine. "You're telling me you were just going to watch him all night, and that was it?"

I shifted uncomfortably in the chair. "I—I was shy, okay? I didn't know how to start a conversation with him. And besides, I was already awkward enough with everyone else."

Richa folded her arms and leaned forward. "Aarohi, you're dodging again. What really happened that night?"

I glanced out of the window, watching the autumn leaves flutter, anything to avoid eye contact. But Richa was relentless. She always saw through my act."I guess... I guess I thought he was too perfect. Too out of my league. He was always around, always in the spotlight, and I was just... well, I was just the quiet girl in the corner. I didn't think he'd even notice me, let alone talk to me.""You didn't even try.""Didn't I?"
