Scene: Ellie (Char) took a slow sip of her beer, letting the cool liquid calm her nerves as she watched Dina (P'Fa) move effortlessly on the dance floor. The music pulsed through the room, its rhythm electric, and Dina was in her element—every movement fluid, confident, captivating. Ellie couldn't tear her eyes away. The way Dina's body swayed with the beat was mesmerizing, almost hypnotic.

A voice pulled her out of her thoughts. She loves the attention, doesn't she? Jesse, Dina's ex-boyfriend, leaned casually against the bar beside her, his gaze fixed on Dina.

Ellie fought the urge to roll her eyes. Tell me about it, she replied, a playful smirk on her lips. But... it looks good on her.

Jesse sighed, his shoulders slumping. Yeah... yeah, it does. His voice softened, laced with a hint of longing. I just... I miss her, you know?

Hey, you two will get back together. You can't live without each other. The words tasted bitter, but she forced them out, for his sake.

Jesse's eyes lit up, hope flickering behind them. You really think so?

Yeah... I know so. She patted his shoulder, the gesture feeling more forced than she wanted to admit. She still cares about you, Jesse.

The song ended, the crowd cheering as Dina turned, her eyes instantly finding Ellie's. Without hesitation, she crossed the room, her face glowing with exhilaration. Ellie! Dina's fingers wrapped around Ellie's arm, her grip warm and firm. C'mon, dance with me!

Oh... I... I don't dance—

Nonsense, Dina cut her off, shooting Jesse a quick, polite greeting before dragging Ellie to the center of the dance floor. Just follow my lead.

The music started again, a sultry, rhythmic beat that vibrated through the floor. Dina's arms circled around Ellie's waist, drawing her close. Ellie's heart stumbled, her pulse racing as she instinctively rested her hands on Dina's shoulders. Their bodies swayed together, moving as one.

Tell me honestly, Dina leaned in, her lips brushing Ellie's ear. Do I smell?

Ellie laughed, the sound escaping before she could stop it. She leaned in, pretending to take a sniff. Like a wet dog.

Oh, really? Dina's eyes sparkled mischievously before she pressed her cheek against Ellie's, deliberately rubbing her sweat on her. There. Now we both smell.

You're so disgusting! Ellie squealed, but her laughter betrayed her. She couldn't help it. Being with Dina felt... right. Effortless.

As the music shifted to a slower, more sensual rhythm, the space between them seemed to vanish. Dina's arms tightened around Ellie's waist, her body moving in perfect sync with Ellie's. Their faces were so close now—Ellie could feel Dina's breath, warm and sweet, on her skin. Her heart was pounding, each beat echoing louder than the music.

Everyone's watching you, Ellie whispered, her eyes darting nervously around the room.

Dina's lips curled into a playful smile. Maybe they're watching you. Maybe they're jealous of you.

Nah... I'm just your friend, she said, her voice almost cracking. Not a threat.
