Treasure of Gusu Lan

The construction of lanwei's residence has been completed a month ago. The housings has been arranged the same manner as Dafan village. Wei Qing decided to utilise the entire area which covers under the protection barrier. A large lake splits Village in the center. Right side area occupied as the residential area and left side occupied for the vegetation.

A bridge build across the lake to connect both the sides. From the moment they arrived at the new Village, XiChen is helping them in all ways possible. He visits as much as possible and helps them to devise a proper plan to utilise the maximum area possible.

In the center of the village, a large medical hall has been build. Behind the medical hall several guest houses has been build, to accommodate guests during war as well as to provide medical treatments. Housing has been arranged in a proper rows and looks almost identical.

A small teaching room and training ground has been build to educate the children of the village. In the far corner of the village, a little spring has been available. A large yet simple house has been build before the spring. It's not build in a manor type instead it's consists of severs room around a huge hall. Its structure effectively isolates the spring. It's allotted for the Lan clan's main family since this village comes under their judiciary.

Wei Qing house situated near the medical hall. It's similar to Lans house but small in size since it will only house Wei Qing and Wei Ning. Near her house a large Library is built which houses treasures of medical sciences. She managed to save every single book of their Library and her families treasures. Even though they were not a wealthy family, they still possess good amount of treasure to run their village fairly. Their treasury and storage rooms are situated in the mountain caves similar to the lans.

Their farming land divided into two. One half for the medical herbs and other half for edible plants. They tried to best utilise the space because they can't frequently visit the nearby towns. The entire farm has been covered with warming talisman array which WuXian invented for his lotus lake. Their medical herbs and vegetation can not survive in the harsh snow weather of Cloud Recesses. So xichen comes up with the idea to try warming talisman array to maintain the temperature. WuXian tried several versions and finally managed to cover the entire farm with warming array. One of his version also utilised for housing purpose. Each house contains a smaller version of warming array which he tried for the Jinshi.

WuXian and WangJi arrived at the village and were happily greeted by the villagers. To WuXian, the serenity of Cloud Recesses combined with the liveliness of these people is heaven. This is his safe haven. Even WangJi and XiChen liked this combination. XiChen even tried to implement their food style in Cloud Recesses.

They were medics for generations. Most of the occupants of this village are elderly. So it's safe to say, their food is the perfect combination of healthy and tasty. But as usual those old lans refused the proposal almost immediately. They were so rigid and adamant to follow their tradition Without a single change. Even his proposal to bring some administration changes are rejected without a single thought.

They immediately noticed his mood is not in a good shape. Granny Wei ushered others to go and continue their task. She asked WuXian to go and rest in his champer and she will soon visit him with a good meal. WangJi lead him to their room and made him comfortable in their bed.

Not long after, granny Wei returned with foods for them. She even bring little Ayuan and Wei BaiYu along with her. 3 months old little Ayuan always managed to lift WuXian's mood up no matter what. WuXian immediately brightened up and scoped Ayuan from BaiYu's hand and cooed happily.
