The Puppet Master

I was finally starting my plans.. I had got the land, or in this case little part of the sea..? I dunno, but anyway I was heading over to my little section in the sea when I saw something I wish I didn't.

MY DUMBASS FORGOT OSIAL WAS STILL ALIVE, IM BEING CHASED BY SOME BIG ASS WATER WORM AND I CAN BARELY SWIM WITH THESE JOINTS BECAUSE MY PUPPET BODY IS MADE OF WOOD.

I was swimming as fast as I could as my life quite literally depended on it, kazue was laughing his ass off while watching from the docks and kazumi was ready to turn Osial into sashimi

S was busy making preparation's with the help of yoko and sheng.. well sheng was hanging onto Osial because he fell into the ocean and can't swim so he grabbed the first thing he could that was in arms reach, aka Osial the water worm (yes I know he's not a worm but he looks like one.)

I was swimming as he kept getting closer and closer, as I only had one option left

"XIAO-" I yelled but I was cut off when I felt something grab onto me... it was KURO?!

"I CANT SWIM, HELP ME, YOU BRICKS FOR BRAINS." He yelled, I guessed he fell into the ocean like sheng but then it hit me, they were already here meaning morax was soon to fake his death

Shiro was watching from the shore as he sighed and threw a sword infused with the power of anemo like a frisbee as I grabbed onto it as it got close to me in the water, it retracted back to him as I got to shore with kuro loosely clinging onto me while coughing

"Thank god at least one of them is smart.." I muttered under my breath as Kuro thankfully didn't hear me

I was about to let my guard down when sheng got tossed off of Osial and onto S who was working in the distance, which turned into another petty fight between the two

"Oi! Get off of me you damn demon!" S yelled as he pushed sheng off while sheng irked

"Have some sympathy asshole! I just got tossed by a overgrown snake, that hurts!" Sheng said as S and sheng went into a glaring match

Kazue walked over to the fight and broke it up (only cuz he wanted to nap and they were disturbing his sleep.) and yoko went to my side with a towel to help me dry off

"My lady, come with me to dry off, you'll catch cold otherwise." Yoko said as I looked over at Kuro who was being lectured by shiro and then I noticed aether walking up to us

He noticed me and started booking if over here

"Y/n! Do you have any news about my sister-" he then noticed sheng, the new addition to the group

"And you are..?" Aether asked

"A demon." Sheng responded before getting hit upside the head by S

"He meant your name dumbass!" S yelled as sheng glared at him "I just got thrown off a giant eel! Be a little gentle with me." Sheng whined

"God you're annoying.." S muttered while shaking his head

"Did he say demon?" Kuro said as he was clearly listening in on the conversation

"Don't question it or you'll probably regret it." Shiro said as he turned to me "it's been awhile, what have you been up to?" Shiro asked

"A lot." I said simply, giving him 0 info on my recent activity

Shiro chuckled nervously "that's not what I meant but ok.." he said quietly under his breath as I shrugged and turned to aether

"And no, I have no info on your twin, now where's Paimon?" I asked as aethers eyes widened

"Wait.. where is Paimon?" He asked as he panicked and looked around but saw nothing till he turned in the direction osial was and saw bro munching on Paimon "OH NO SHES TURNED INTO FISH BAIT!" He yelled in a panic as I stared at the scene with a deadpanned expression

"Oh would you look at that the emergency foods being eaten." I said as Kuro looked over at the scene with an identical expression "damn, sucks." He said as we both nodded in sync as shiro sighed

"At this point going home ain't even worth it.. I just wanna give up." He said to himself with a groan as he went with aether to help save the flying food from being turned to fish bait

Kuro turned to me with a serious expression "I know what you did" he said, I turned to him with a shocked expression "what.. did you say?" I asked nervously as my vision went black for a moment before it cleared up and it went back to before he had said that.. as if that was some glitch in the system

S looked over at us knowingly as Kuro didn't say that this time

"Did you really just say that..?" I asked as Kuro turned to me with a curious and confused expression "say what?" He asked as I felt a sharp pain in my head

"Nothing.." I muttered as I stepped away for a moment, everything was just off..

Yoko followed me as she dried me off

"My lady, you seem off, I'm always here to talk if needed." She said she was as sweet as always, I smiled at her (despite people seeing my smile as creepy) she seemed to like it

"Thank you, yoko, but in quite alright.. just tired.."

The hell was happening?
