"I'll give you two a minute." Blair whispers to Chuck. She gives Eva a smirk as she leaves them alone.
"What is it? What's wrong?" Eva asks Chuck.
"Did you know who I was when we met?" Chuck asks.
"You know I didn't. Why are you asking me this?"
"I found my passport in your suitcase."
"What are you talking about?" Eva doesn't understand where this is coming from.
"I should've known. You lied about the watch." Chuck states. "You lied about your former career."
"Is this what you think of me?"
"I let you in, told you everything, the whole story of how my mother, my uncle tried to take me. You sat there, and you thought I'm next." Chuck accuses Eva.
"I'm sorry. I'll pack my things." Eva offers.
"Only with the things you came with." Chuck adds insult to injury and leaves Eva alone, feeling heartbroken. He barely makes it downstairs as he clings to the curtain.
"You okay?" Blair asks him.
"I'm stupid. How could I ever believe someone good would actually love me?" Chuck walks away from Blair, needing to drink his feelings away. He sits at the bar, going over his life choices and how they've always led him to a broken heart.
"Charles, thank you for a lovely evening." Lily says to him. "I am so proud of you. And I had Ivan put your things in your room."

"What things?"
"Um, the package from the Paris police. Your personal effects, passport that they sent last week." That's all Chuck needed to hear to know that Blair lied to him. He takes off, needing to stop Eva before he leaves him for good.
"Eva, stop it. Look, I'm sorry." Chuck apologizes, but Eva keeps packing her things. "I should never have doubted you. I made a terrible mistake."

"You did, and thank you for saying so." Eva won't look at him. Chuck tries to get her to stop packing, but she pulls away from him.
"Look, you are pure and perfect. I will make this up to you, I promise."
