Chapter 15: The Beginning of the End

What are you on about? I mentally asked. "I'm talking about the ones that have been purposely left behind. You saw what happened to Donovan, right? Everybody said they couldn't do anything about his misfortune even though they have the power to do something. That is their excuse for saying, 'I can help this guy, but I don't want to because I just don't like him.' Don't you get it? The ones you call a hero aren't as heroic as they seem. Sure, they might help the less fortunate, but when it comes to people who truly need help the most, guess what happens. They get blown off! But you're one of them, so I guess you're too above that to understand. Right?"

The parasite was right for the most part. However, I never placed myself above everyone else like the parasite was trying to make it seem, that is the whole point of being a true hero! When it comes to heroes, they're always thinking about others and never about themselves.

"Hey, Liana. Can I show you something? It's a surprise!" Donovan said. I raised my eyebrow despite being controlled. He grabbed me by the collar and led me to God knows where. What is he trying to show me? I mentally asked the parasite.

"Beats me. I'm attached to you all the time, so of course I wouldn't know." The parasite responded. Donovan took me to a room where the skibidi toilets do their experiments. Nothing beats to the sight my eyes were witnessing. "Donovan, what in fuck's name is this?" The parasite made me say.

A robot that was oddly shaped stood in front of us without moving an inch. It stood a whopping 18 feet tall, it's bigger than a skibidi strider. "This is what we like to call the 'Skibidi Wolf'." Donovan announced proudly. ...What the fuck? I thought to myself. "Same here. To be honest, it's fucking hideous." The parasite said. Looks like you two will get along greatly. I responded.

"Hey!" It screeched. "You see, Liana, this thing is made to replicate you. The only difference is that it's stronger than you. And taller. Which should be pretty obvious." Donovan explained. This guy sounds like the awkward kid trying to present his project to the rest of the class. "Is it ready yet?" Donovan asked the skibidi toilets. "Skibidi skibidi skibidi. (Translation: It's almost done, boss. We got to make the finishing touches.)" One of them replied.

Can you make me ask him how long he's been working on this? I asked the parasite. "How long have you been working on this, Donovan?" I involuntarily asked. "Well, this has been going on for at least a couple of weeks. So, yeah." Donovan replied. They've been working on this for two weeks? Not gonna lie, that's actually impressive. I thought to myself.

"Like Donovan said before, we're smarter than we look." The parasite said. Then, we heard a loud explosion coming from outside the base. Me and Donovan both exchanged glances before rushing out the door to see what was causing all that racket. When we did, we were a bit surprised to see cameramen and speakermen going against the skibidi toilets.

Well, what do you know? They found the skibidi toilets' base. I knew they would eventually find it! I excitedly exclaimed in my head. I hope they found a way to free me from this hell. "Don't get too excited, flufferbutt. That doesn't mean you'll be free. You will be a slave to us no matter the circumstance!" The parasite exclaimed in frustration. That's how I know they're going to lose when they start showing any signs of anger.

"Oh no, you don't. Come on, Liana! Show 'em your true might!" Donovan hopped onto my back and signaled me to move. I wanted to buck him off so bad, but I know it's no use. I spread my magical wings and took off swiftly. Once we got up in the air, I fired at the alliance involuntarily. I'm so sorry, my friends! It's not like I wanted to hurt y'all. I mentally apologized.

Hearing the agonized screams of my comrades stung my heart as I set them all on fire. A camera-chopper flew by to fire at the entrance of the base to get rid of the skibidi toilets. I shot it down and it collided at the entrance, killing some of the skibidi toilets. Well, at least I got rid of the skibidi toilets. Serves them right! I thought.
