In the heart of a heavenly garden, a tranquil paradise unfolded. Tall, majestic trees formed a protective circle, their leaves whispering secrets to the gentle breeze. Flowers of every hue swayed gracefully, and ethereal fairies flitted about, their shimmering wings casting a radiant glow. Amid this serene tableau, a young blonde boy lay sprawled on the soft, grassy ground, his golden locks dancing with the cool, calming gusts of wind.
The entire scene radiated peace and serenity.
The boy's eyelids fluttered open, and he squinted, adjusting to the dazzling fairy lights that bathed the garden in an otherworldly glow. He blinked a few times, then sat up, his face alight with wonder and a bright smile spreading across his lips.
"Where am I? What is this place?" he murmured to himself, his voice barely louder than a whisper as his gaze darted around, trying to piece together the dreamlike setting.
For a few precious moments, he basked in the garden's beauty, marveling at the delicate flowers, the graceful fairies, and the towering trees. Everything seemed perfect-until it wasn't.
Without warning, the wind ceased its gentle caress, and an oppressive silence descended like a shroud. The vibrant colors of the garden dimmed, replaced by an eerie, desaturated gloom. The sun vanished from the sky, plunging everything into a haunting darkness. The once-lively garden turned into a desolate void.
The boy's heart raced as figures began to emerge from the shadows-blurry, indistinct shapes with faceless visages. They whispered at first, their words unintelligible and laced with malice. Pointing at the bewildered boy, they stepped closer, their whispers growing louder with each passing second.
Panic gripped him as the whispers turned into harsh shouts.
"Weird!" one of them barked.
"Problematic!" another voice lashed out, venom dripping from the word.
"Pathetic!"
"Such a baby!"
"You're a good pretender!" one of the figures snarled, its tone razor-sharp and unforgiving.
The boy trembled, his breaths ragged and shallow, as tears began to pool in his wide, frightened eyes. Frozen in place, he could only watch as the faceless figures advanced toward him, their words slicing through him like knives.
"You're a shame!"
"You don't deserve to be part of BTS!"
Their accusations grew louder, their voices merging into a cacophony of anger and disdain. The boy shook violently, his hands flying to his ears in a desperate attempt to block out the assault.
"Stop, please! Stop!"
Their accusations grew louder, their voices merging into a cacophony of anger and disdain. The boy shook violently, his hands flying to his ears in a desperate attempt to block out the assault.
"Stop, please! Stop!" he cried, his voice breaking as he pleaded for mercy. But the voices showed no mercy. They grew heavier, louder, and more relentless, each word a hammer blow to his fragile state.
"Attention seeker!"
"You're bringing BTS down!"
"Leave, or I will kill you!"
"Such a shame you are, Kim Taehyung!"
"NO! STOP IT!" he screamed, his voice echoing in the void as tears streamed down his face. Squeezing his eyes shut, he covered his ears more tightly, his entire body trembling with fear and anguish.
And then, silence.
Gasping for air, he opened his eyes-and found himself back in his room. His familiar bedroom surrounded him, bathed in the pale light of dawn. He was sprawled on his bed, drenched in sweat and tears, his body trembling uncontrollably.
It had been another nightmare.
He let out a shuddering sigh, relief flooding his senses as the reality of his surroundings sank in. Yet, despite the comfort of waking, the tears wouldn't stop falling. The echoes of the cruel voices lingered in his mind, and his heart ached from their weight.
Even though it was only a dream, it felt far too real.

TAEHYUNG'S P.O.VAnother horrible dream. (Sigh.) It's been a while since I've had a proper night's sleep after a long, tiring day, but once again, that dream returned. No matter how much I try to ignore these feelings, they keep resurfacing in different forms, invading my mind.
Maybe I should take a shower-it might help me relax-but it's too cold right now. What if I catch a cold? We have rehearsals tomorrow, and our schedule has been so packed lately. Still, I know one thing for sure: I won't be able to fall asleep again tonight. So, what should I do?
After spending ten minutes debating with myself, I decided to go outside and get some fresh air. Yes, I know the risks. If I get caught, it won't end well. Sneaking out alone at midnight without telling anyone, without any bodyguards, is reckless. And if any of the hyungs find out I snuck out of the dorm at this hour, tomorrow could very well turn into my worst day.
But right now, what I need more than anything is to clear my mind. Fresh air might help.
With that thought, I picked up my phone and grabbed a long coat before quietly leaving my room.
The living area downstairs was even darker than my room upstairs. Every step I took had to be measured and precise-no noise, no mistakes. If anyone wakes up and catches me... No, I shouldn't think about that. I have to stay positive. They won't find out. I'll just go out, breathe, and come back.
I reassured myself for what felt like the tenth time before cautiously making my way to the front door. My movements were deliberate and slow, ensuring not even the faintest creak would betray my presence. Finally, I reached the door and opened it.
I have to admit, I'm pretty good at sneaking around. Although this is my first time sneaking out of the dorm, I managed to pull it off without a hitch.
Once outside, I quietly left the building, pulling my coat tightly around me and ensuring I was fully covered. It was late-very late-but Seoul never truly sleeps. The city always feels alive, even at this hour. That means I have to be cautious, making sure no one recognizes me.
---
It's been a while since I started walking, and I already feel so much better. The suffocating heaviness I felt back in the dorm is slowly lifting with every step I take.
Sometimes, all you really need is a moment of solitude-your own time to breathe, reflect, and heal.
