I hear the dog let out a growl, followed by a whimper of pain. Bushes rustle, and then all goes silent.
"Ngh, I fuckin' hate him." Fell picks up the phone. "Sorry, sweetheart. That's Doggo."
"He's mean." I mumble. "He could've hurt you."
He turns the phone around, and I see a small scratch on his forehead. "Hey, we're all mean down here, sweetheart. Except Flowey, I guess."
I start laughing, forgetting all about the attack. "Flowey?"
He chuckles. "Yeah, Flowey. Frisk's friend." He pauses, and his gaze drifts to the side. "Speaking of... Heya, brat."
Fell adjusts the camera, and I get a glimpse of a small human child, possibly eleven years old, maybe younger. They have a flowerpot in their hands, and a small, golden flower with a face on it sits in the dirt. They give Fell a friendly wave and Fell growls back.
They point to the camera as if asking why he has it.
"I'm showin' my girlfriend around." Fell says coldly.
"I didn't know someone like you could get a girlfriend." The flower says dryly. Fell snarls, and it squeals. "Sorry..." It looks back up at him. "...What's her name?"
"None of yer business."
"Y/N." I say at the same time. Fell gives me a look, and I shrug.
The human, who must be Frisk, waves to me, and I wave back, even though I don't think they can see it.
Fell huffs. "Let's just go, sweetheart."
Frisk and the flower- probably Flowey- walk away and Fell continues down the path. We pass another station, and I see Doggo lift his head weakly, a bone in his shoulder, and he growls at Fell without a word. Fell smirks back and hurries away.
"Most of the forest is just snow, trees, and ice." Fell says, sliding across a frozen pond. "But there're a couple traps my brother had set up for Frisk that didn't really get used. Other than that, it's really all just trees and snow."
"I wanna live here." I mumble.
"Y- Why?" Fell looks at me like I'm crazy. "Here? In a dusty, musty cave with no sunlight, no stars, no fresh air? Are ya nuts?"
"...Fell, the surface isn't all it's cut out to be." I sigh. "There's a lot of pollution, and there are people like Max... Or even worse... Y'all be used to acting rude and committing murder and stuff, but out here, in the real world, you can't do that. You'll get thrown in jail. I mean, yeah, in a small town like Starlight Springs, that doesn't really happen. We do get break-ins sometimes, but that's about it. But out in the cities... At least down here, you don't have to worry about that."
He sighs. "I dunno, I just-" He looks at the ceiling of the cavern. "I've been down here for so long... I mean, I don't really care about leavin'. I only did when I met ya, but... It still would be nice to see the sun..."
"It's not all it's cut out to be, Fell."
He falls silent, then starts walking again.

"Welcome to Snowdin Town, sweetheart!" Fell turns the camera around, revealing the most gorgeous looking town I've ever seen. "It's not very big. Ya've got the shop and the inn, the Librarby, Grillby's, some houses, and my house down at the end. That's 'bout it."
I'm about to comment on how beautiful it is, when I realize what he said. "...'Librarby'??"
He chuckles. "Heh, someone messed up the sign as a prank."
