Affection

I entered my home and immediately remove my shoes. I was about to walk by the living room and head up to my bedroom when someone caught my attention.

"Where's Seulgi, unnie?"

Jisoo unnie paused the show she was watching and looked up at me, "Seulgi ate my last stick of gum, so I killed her. Do you think that was wrong?"

My eyebrows raised at what she said, "What?"

Jisoo snickered, "She's taking a shower, she just got in if you'll use the bathroom."

"Right." I sat down and sighed.

Jisoo unnie paused the show again and looked at me, "Are you okay?"

I raised a brow at her, "Yes. Why unnie?"

She was just staring at me, "Hmm, is this about Jennie going back to Seoul?"

I didn't say anything, I was staring at the television.

She nods, "You do know, eventually she needs to go back, right?"

I nod and sigh, "Honestly, I've been thinking if I should just not say anything."

She raises a brow, "About your feelings for her? About your past?"

Suddenly we heard the door of the bathroom open and close.

Then we heard footsteps approaching us.

"You're here. Good thing was about to order food, what do you want?" Seulgi asks.

Jisoo rolled her eyes, "Can't you read the room?"

Seulgi blinks and looks around the room.

Jisoo sighs, "Idiot. Lisa is having a dilemma."

Seulgi looks at me, "Oh, sorry dude."

She sits across from us, tightening her bathrobe around her.

"If her going back to Seoul means she's going back to her world." I said almost in a whisper.

But, they still heard it.

"You mean back to being an idol/actress?" Seulgi asks.

I nod, "I don't see myself being part of that. If I want to pursue her again, it would be different now."

"Its the risk you must be willing to take, Lisa. But, remember this, she still has feelings for you. Its pretty obvious." Jisoo said.

"A part of me wants to take the risk, but at the same time I don't think I'll be able to handle it." I explained.

"Dude, do you still love her?" Seulgi looks at me.

I nod, "It never left. I'm still in love with her."

"Then, that's your answer. Take the risk to be with her."

I let out a breath, "We both live in different cities now, I live here and she lives in Seoul. For sure our jobs will be an obstacle in our relationship, if ever we try again."

I stood up and head over to the kitchen. Both of them were just looking at me. I opened the fridge and grabbed a bottle of soju.

Seulgi stands up immediately, "Yah, I don't think that's a good idea. We might not remember if we drink."

Jisoo nudge her shoulder, "Didn't you forget? Your package arrived this morning. That's the body cam you promised to buy."

Seulgi's eyes widen in realization.

I rolled my eyes at them.

"Then lets drink!" Seulgi said.

I looked at the bottle of soju that says 'Chamisul' with IU's face on the bottle. I looked at them then I put it back at the fridge.
