Sundrop/Moondrop x Y/N part 3

I woke slowly up by the light hitting my face. It was such a peaceful morning as I felt the warm bodies of Sun and Moon next to me. My face heated up as I remembered last night and my heart started to beat heavily out of my chest. It really happened. We spent the night together. This feels like a dream come true. Despite the pain I felt in my lower back and waist. Even though they took care of me, it still hurts a little. But what else was to expect from it? It was all our first night. Alone the word made me feel giddy. But than my phone rang and Sun and Moon woke up. I tried to snatch my phone, but Moon hold my arms down and hugged me from behind.
„Don't stand up yet...we didn't have our morning cuddles yet..."
Sun also snuggled up into my chest and hummed in agreement.

I sighed and couldn't do anything about it. But once my phone rang for the third time, Moon let go off me to get it. Both of them were still half asleep and looked annoyed that some phone call disturbed our cuddle time. I grabbed the phone and my stomach twist with a bad feeling. It's Jack. I picked up and put the phone to me ear and my happy demeanor dropped immediately.
'Y/N...come to work immediately. There is a huge problem with Ginger.'
„J-Jack? Why are you at work? We aren't allowed to work alone-„
'RIGHT THIS INSTANT!!'
His voice sounded like he was having trouble to breathe. My gut feeling told me that this wouldn't be safe. Sun and Moon saw my uncertainty and I glanced to the phone.

„Okay. I will hurry over."
I hung up and sighed. Guess there will be no breakfast or wonderful time together. Sun looked worried at me and sat up while Moon hid his face inside the pillow.
„D-do you really have to go?? It's Sunday!"
„Yes I have to...Jack doesn't sound all to well. I will make it up with afternoon cuddles."
„You promise?"
„I promise."
Moon stood suddenly up and kissed me softly while hugging me. Sun huffed and looked sulking away.
„Can you also promise to come back safely?"
It was clear that he was nervous. His eyes reflect an amount of uncertainty that it made me...huh? I don't really feel...

My heart stopped for a second. No. Not now. Why so soon? I knew Moon and Sun would get obsessed with me, but that I loose my feelings? Just because I gave them some?
„Y/N?"
I looked back up at his even more worried face and slowly nod as I walked up to my wardrobe. This hole in my heart feels not good. It feels like my feelings get drained out of me and swapped up to them. I am loosing my feelings. My feelings transfer up to them and I can't do anything against it. The words from Eclipse and Ennard rang inside my head as I make myself ready in the bathroom quickly. Maybe running away...no. I promised I would stay. But how long does this last before my emotions are gone? Before the essence of my soul is gone?

Within half an hour I arrived at the facility and walked around in search for Jack. Fear was raising the back of my hair up and I moved around in caution. Something is wrong. It's not the quietness. It is also not the fact that it is early in the morning on a Sunday. The fact that Jack is nowhere to be seen is concerning. I looked into the rooms till I found him crouched together in a corner. His head was bleeding and he looked up with a slight hint of fear.
„Y/N...Ginger they...they went rapid..."
I immediately got down on his level and pressed my hand against his bleeding head. He was already holding his shoulder that was also covered with his blood. My eyes darted around the room as I tried to find something to patch the wound for some time.

„How did this happen Jack? Ginger was fine a few days ago..."
He winced in pain and shook slowly his head as he tried to not twitch so much against my hand. I reached out for my phone to call the ambulance but he stopped me with pleading eyes.
„Don't...they would decommission Ginger...they wouldn't survive this...I can't let Ginger die..."
An ache went through my heart. Seeing myself in himself is hard. It's...something I hated to be. To be helpless and in need of help by someone else. My hand put the phone back and I took off my jacket to stabilize his shoulder at least. He groaned in pain and I felt sorry to not be able to do more than this.
„They...They attacked me suddenly...had this crazed violet feeling inside their eyes..."
„Violet?!"
