𝐓he day of brielles life will never be complete without the intense nightmares, daydreams and chaos. which now leads us to the daydream I am having right now.

The headmaster's stern voice echoed through the room, each word laden with a weight that made the air around me feel heavy. "Do you think you're special? That you cannot be replaced?" His tone was not accusatory but contemplative, as if addressing more than just me. Was I eavesdropping on a conversation meant for someone else?

"I gave you tools to steal the master bolt, only to watch it taken from you," he continued, his disappointment palpable. It was clear he was recounting a pivotal moment, one that had perhaps altered the course of events significantly. "That mistake has been corrected."

His words hung in the air, emphasizing the gravity of the situation. "But there is too much at stake for you to fail me again," he asserted firmly, his voice now tinged with urgency.

"The war ahead of us," he mused, shaking his head in solemn contemplation, "the war beyond Zeus and Poseidon's..."

"Do not tell me you want to stop now," he interjected sharply, cutting off any potential protest or hesitation.

Then, with a sudden change in demeanor, almost conspiratorial, he added, "Give me a reason to question your worthiness again, and there is another that just might be ready to take your place." As he spoke, he turned his head, catching me peeking through the slightly ajar door. "Isn't that right, hero?"

Startled, I froze momentarily, unsure if I should acknowledge being caught listening in on such a private conversation. But before I could react, he redirected his attention. "Not time for us to meet quite yet," he murmured cryptically, his gaze lingering on me for a fleeting moment longer before dismissing me with a dismissive wave. "Run along now. Show me what you are capable of."

As the door shut behind him, I snapped out of my reverie, realizing I had completely dozed off during the encounter. I shook my head to clear the lingering haze of the daydream, my thoughts quickly shifting to the present.

Nearby, Grover's head popped out of the sunroof, his perspective quite different from mine at ground level. "We're almost there," he announced with his usual optimism, reminding me that despite whatever challenges lay ahead, there was always a journey to continue.

As the sun dipped low over the horizon, casting a warm, amber glow across the landscape, Luke leaned in with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Slept well, bonny?" he quipped, his voice carrying a hint of playful challenge.
