A couple hours passed as you slept silently next to Clint
He never minded you being around him
Because he knew you were safe when you were with any of them especially him
He let you sleep as long as he could before the sun started going down
He sighed as he gently shook you awake
"Hey.."
He whispered as you slowly returned to reality
"What time is it?"
You asked sitting up and looking out the window
"7:47"
He said as your eyes trailed from the window to him
Nodding your head you stood to your feet
You followed him out into the dining room where everyone sat for dinner
Some at the island and some at the table all having their own conversations
You flipped your hood onto your head at the bright lights
Clint walked over to the counter where everyone stood and joined the conversation
You didn't particularly have an appetite so you scanned the room for a moment before deciding to go to Nat and Steve
"Morning glory"
Nat said as she smiled
You sat down with them at the table with a smile
"You're gonna have a great night"
Steve said shaking his head
You nodded
"Oh definitely, i can't wait to go to bed"
You said jokingly as you all continued in conversation
You did take a glance every now and then in search of that metal arm you loved so much
Until finally your curiosity and concern got the better of you
"Where's Buck?"
You asked looking to Nat and Steve
They looked at eachother and back at you
"He sent your brother and that other young lady home, then came looking for you a couple hours ago"
Steve stated
"Then when he knew where you were he went to his room"
Nat added with a knowing smirk
You nodded
"And we haven't seen him since"
"Oh okay"
You said looking towards the hallway where his room stood
Lingering for a moment Nat and Steve glanced at each other with a smile
You decided to leave him alone for the time being
2 hours later...
They all finished their food and went to their rooms to wind down
You stayed in the living room staring out the window in deep thought
A few minutes of silence passed before being broken
"Dramatic day we've had"
You heard from behind you as his reflection appeared in the window
"Why are you always coming around at the most random times?"
