Tommy's POV:
I had sloppily sewed the stab hole in the shoulder of the coat. I held it up proud of my work. My fingers had blood on them from being poked with the needle so many times. As I held it up I noticed a giant hole in the back of the coat, a strange stain surrounded the hole. Oh, that's from when Wilbur... I pulled myself back to the present before I could think about it too much. The memories hurt.
My body was stiff from sitting against the wall for so long. I stretched out my arms when, "sh*t!" I hissed. Pain streaming out from where I had broke my rib. My hand instinctively went to the spot where it hurt. I huffed, it may hurt but I need to get moving. With that I stood up testing how much pressure I could put on my ankle without falling over from the pain. I came to the conclusion that I should not jump. I learned that the hard way. Running hurt a lot too, but I'm fine to just walk, for now.
My stomach growled. Oh, right, food. I need to figure that out. I sighed, prime how will I do this?

A/n (Going back to when Steve just left Tony's lab.)Tony's POV:
I searched for security cameras in the area Steve had been in. I found a Pigeon-Cam that had been in the area and watched the footage. First I see the Thomas kid, Steve wasn't exaggerating when he said the kid had raggedy clothes. A dirty, ripped shirt and pair of pants with a huge brown trench coat hung from his thin frame. The trench coat had a patch of a flag I didn't recognize. The boy was wearing a seemingly glowing compass around his neck, the boy also had a small satchel, a sword, and a glowing trident strapped to his back. What? I had to do a double take, a glowing trident? My mind was so baffled I decided to put it off.
"Jarvis, do a search on that flag real quick for me." I command. Continuing to watch Steve and the boys interaction play out. The boy had previously been asleep but woke up the moment Steve touched him. The boy had flinched back and then flung himself over the bench's back to get away. The boy then pulled out a sword. Oh Christ. Steve and the boy exchanged some words, since there was no audio I could only assume it was names. Even though the boy had lied it was nice of him to respond to Steve.
"Sir, the flag on the boys coat is a nonexistent symbol or just not in my knowledge." Jarvis finally responded. Ok it's no cause to concern. Probably just a club or something can't be that bad. Kid can't be in a drug dealing business right? I shook off any uncertain thoughts and went back to the video.
Steve said something and the boy smirked, then he vaulted himself over bench kicking Steve in the chest. Thankfully Steve managed to catch his balance at the last moment. 'Tommy' then slashed Steves arm, that explains the cut, while Steve was distracted by the cut 'Tommy' hit him over the head with the butt of his sword knocking him out. Damn this boy was good at fighting.
I sighed then spoke "Jarvis face-match the boy." Steve and the rest of the team then walked in. "Yes, sir" Jarvis replied. Perfect timing. "Who wants to watch Cap get beat up by a twelve year old?" I ask. Everyone but Steve raises there hand. So I play the video.
When the video is finished Jarvis speaks up "sir, the boy in the video does not exist, at least not on record."

Fury's POV:I was sitting at my desk when suddenly Steve and Tony burst into my office. "Fury!" Tony shouted. "Yes?" I replied already slightly annoyed. Steve came up to me, "sir we have something I think you'll want to see," he explained calmly. I nod as he hands me a flash drive. I put it into my computer. "The boy has no records and the flag on his coat is apparently not real," Tony says as the flash drive loads. That sounds suspicious. Gang member? Mafia?Terrorist? Hydra? None of the possibilities are exactly appealing. The screen finally loads and when I see the boy I immediately rule out the possibility of him being in the mafia. They wouldn't let one of their own walk around like that. That still left a lot of other options, for all we know he could be undercover.
Steve nodded towards my computer, "watch this" he mumbled. The video on my screen played. It was done in under a minute and I couldn't believe my eyes. That young boy had knocked out Captain America. Steve looked down at the ground ashamed, but I wasn't angry this boy was a good fighter, versus Captain America or not. I quickly looked up at Tony. "You said the boy has no records, no name, not even a birth certificate?" I asked concerned because this boy was obviously dangerous. Tony nodded confirming my question.
I looked into Steve's eyes and then to Tony's. "This boy is dangerous, assemble the avengers, find him, and bring him in for questioning." I command. They nod and then leave my office. This will be interesting to watch, the boy took down Captain America with ease, who ever he is I will find him and learn his secrets.
