The first night in the hotel went...about as well as you'd expect.

Silver wasn't a very big fan of the decor, but he didn't say anything. Because really, decor didn't matter since he practically had a place to stay now. Silver's new room was rather comfy, and he had Tea Kettle as a roommate, which was nice. It made him a bit less lonely. A bit less...

...

He wasn't sure how to word it, but...

He felt a little more...safe...when he was around other people. Perhaps it was the interaction he had with Yin-Yang, Tea Kettle, and Balloon that made him a bit more comfortable to be around people again. Yet...

He could still see the dark blue blood on his hands.

The blood that tempted him to squeeze the life out of Paintbrush.

And now this was a burden he had to bear.

A burden he...

COULDN'T bear for much longer.

He didn't know how much longer he'd have to take exactly...

But it was getting...

Was it always like this in Hotel OJ? This was his first time here, so he couldn't be too sure. But it really felt like a whole new experience without his old butlers around to prepare him for the day. Maybe that was for the best, they always crowded him anyway.

Silver suddenly stopped when he was about to run into someone, stepping back a few inches to give them some space. However, getting a good look at this person made Silver freeze up in his spot and clench his fists. It was Lightbulb. "Oh hey, aren't you one of the newbies?" She said, eyes looking up to meet Silver Spoon's, "Hoo boy, you are quite the eye-catcher." The spoon just stood there, breathing in and out slowly as he looked back down at Lightbulb. God, that innocent face...

Having to break the news couldn't feel more painful.

"...You're...Lightbulb, I reckon." Silver said, trying to keep a straight face.

"Oh, yeah. How'd you figure it out?"

"Wasn't that...hard to guess."

"Omga, you must be smarter than a doorknob then if you were able to figure it out so quickly. Microphone managed to figure it out quickly too when we first met, but she wasn't really as smart as you were cause she..."

As Lightbulb continued to talk, Silver just stood there with an unnerved stare, his lip twitching every so often. Every second he stood there, he just felt the urge to vomit out of the guilt. God, why did it have to be her? Why did he...
