The perfect Summer

Chapter four ...............

I've always wanted to learn how to surf . Bella could teach me whenever she's here . I'm heading towards the beach today to watch the surfers and praying that Nate and Cody weren't there . It kinda seems like their lives revolved around surfing those big waves .
I noticed a girl surfing out there today and when I looked closer she's surfing with Nate .
It kinda seemed like they were being very flirty together. Cody's off surfing by himself. I couldn't take my eyes off her . She's sitting out there now on her channel surf board . Her long dark Black hair was floating around in the wind and she's watching Nate and Cody surfing and cheering both boys on . Let's go Boys she screamed . I'm watching her then my eyes drift to them . I watch them surfing . I looked away fast before we locked eyes . I had my peanut butter and jelly sandwich and relaxed on my towel on the beach .
Being very careful with the seagulls up in the air that we're circling me and begging for a drop of a crumb . I placed sunscreen on my body after I'm finished with my sandwiches
. A shadow was hovering over me and I'm getting water drops on my skin . I glanced up and saw Nate say - what are you doing here seashell girl ? . Summer - avoiding you ?!!! .
Nate say's grumpy- Cody invited you to come surfing with him . I'm surfing with Jess .
Summer - who's Jess ? . Nate - my girlfriend. She got me into surfing few years back . I think Cody has a crush on you . Summer - a crush ? I doubt it . I'll try surfing . Nate - if you don't wanna surf then don't join us . He said walking away . Besides new girls can't keep up anyways . Especially to Jess and I . Nobody cares about your pro surfer girl !!! I said jokingly. Cody waves to me and motions for me to swim towards him . I laughed . I get up and say guess I'm surfing . I swam in the ocean towards him . Good morning!!!!!
Do you wanna surf ? Cody motioned towards his surf Board. I've never surfed before I told him . Get up here and I'll teach you he pats the surf board . Okay I say jumping up onto the surf board and of course Nate and Jess hold hands surfing by us and splashed me right in the face . I lost my balance and fell into the water. Hey I screamed at them .
I'm sorry new girl Jess said bursting into laughter. Enjoy your afternoon with Cody !!!
She surfed by me when speaking . Show off . Bitch I mumbled under my breath but I'm sure Cody heard me because he's now laughing Yeah she can be one sometimes . Your not interested in Nate like most girls I hope . I wouldn't want to cross paths with her . I definitely am not interested in her boyfriend I told Cody . Besides he's not my type and I have a boyfriend back at home . Cody - well I think you should tell her that before she's after you girl . Hop back on and let's see you balance better this time around he teased .
Alright I say jumping on the surf board and this time I'm balancing. Now we surf !!!!!!!
Here's your chance he says get up and go and bend your legs back . I listened to those waves coming my way and slowly get up listing to directions he tells me to do . Cheers .
Nate's eyes and Jess eyes both are on me but I don't notice because I'm surfing waves .
Cody is cheering me on . Then when I get to shore he swam after me . Great job Cody said grabbing the board. Would you want to try again? . Summer - no thank you it was nice tho . Cody nods - I'm glad you enjoyed it . Jess - hey new girl ! I turned around to face Jess saying yeah Jess ? . Jess - your not bad at surfing perhaps you should be in a competition one day. Cody - Jess shut up. He hissed . Nate was surfing out there still .
Summer - what's that ? . Cody - nothing . Jess smirked - it's what the pro surfers like Nate and Cody and I all do over the summertime . You should definitely think bout it .
Summer - yeah maybe . Jess took off towards her boyfriend into the middle of the sea .
Cody says - go home and rest and please don't take anything jess says to you seriously.
I nodded and went back home but I definitely wanted to look into surfing competitions.
