Dilute me,I tell him. Make me easier to love.
𝕾he was perfect. She had everything a girl could want: popularity, a pretty boyfriend, amazing friends and the kind of grades that get framed on refrigerators. But she was also a vault of buried secrets. Dark things, sharp things. The kind that whispered at night and pressed down on her chest when she breathed too deeply. That's what she hated the most.
According to everyone else, her life was flawless. Until he walked in.
He was trouble, but he was pretty good at hiding it. He never meant to get tangled up with that girl. He'll swear it. It wasn't planned. It wasn't anything, at first. But then it became something. It was reckless. Stupid. Forbidden. And they knew better. But knowing never stopped either of them. They were fools for playing that game, but they were ready lose all over again, if that meant they could play again.
𝕸ichelle Monroe is a good person. She likes to look at herself in the mirror and say this phrase repeatedly, until she almost believes what she's saying. No matter how fake it is, the illusion of control is addictive. She thrives on it. She'll tell herself she can hold it all together — grades, image, relationships, expectations... until one day, she won't.
Because shit happens. And Tom Kaulitz happens.
Michelle and Tom were never meant to orbit each other. They came from different worlds and followed opposite blueprints: Michelle needed her world tidy and trimmed, a straight line toward the future everyone expected. Tom, on the other hand, lived in chaos-perfectly curated: he had a pretty face, a barely-passing GPA, respect from the whole school, a girlfriend he showed off like a trophy, and the habit of ruining everything he touched. According to him, that was perfection. It brought him everything he wanted, and he took advantage of it.
Tom could have anyone wrapped around his finger, and he knew it. Girls fell for him. Boys envied him, almost feared him, like a God. And Michelle? She was just another one waiting to fall in his trap, like all of his preys. What they had wasn't supposed to happen. It was wrong. Dangerous. Bound to implode. If anyone ever found out, Tom would go down first and he'd make sure to drag Michelle down with him.
Straight into the mud. Even as his fingers scraped at the dirt, even as pebbles tore at his skin, he'd still find her wrist in the dark and pull. Just to make sure she didn't make it out clean. No mercy. No warning. Her perfect little world reduced to memory.
