When Jian Chen put on the mask again, Jiang Yuchen pulled out a hat from somewhere before getting off the car and put it on. He followed the man with a paper bag in his arms and was greeted by the driver's apologetic voice as he gradually moved away. The person walked towards the direction of the crew.

The director had received the news in advance at this time and was standing at the door waiting for them with a speaker in his hand.

Now Old Yuan saw Jiang Yuchen's figure. Before anyone could get closer, the director hurriedly raised the trumpet in front of his mouth and shouted at the two people not far away: "Jiang Yuchen, you are finally willing to come back. You let me I've been waiting so hard——"

Jian Chen's footsteps stopped instantly. He cast his gaze on the director's forehead, which looked particularly bright in the sun. Taking advantage of the fact that they were still some distance away, he hesitated and said in an uncertain tone: "You and him Is there any other relationship?"

Jiang Yuchen's eyelids jumped when he saw the director's posture. Now when he heard the young man's question, he answered briefly and quickly: "The relationship between the director and the actor."

"Then why did he say it so sadly?" Jian Chen was amused. "I thought you had some other story."

"There are no other stories, but there are a lot of hatreds."

Jiang Yuchen joked and introduced: "My classmate from the major next door to the university copied my four years of public coursework and still owes me two meals."

This is a character relationship that has not been mentioned in the plot. At first, Jian Chen thought Jiang Yuchen was just talking nonsense, but when he heard the word "public class", he was surprised and said, "are you really classmates in the same class?"

"Um."

This was not the first time Jiang Yuchen was asked this question. Without waiting for Jian Chen to continue asking, he took the initiative and said, "he was bald when he was in college. After he became a director, he felt that he couldn't control actors like this, so he just shaved it off."

"Now he's so restrained," he said with disdain, "it's just lowered his aesthetic standards."

Fortunately, they were far away from the director when they were having the conversation, and their voices were not loud. But when they stood completely in front of the director, there was still a faint smile in Jian Chen's eyes, even though he was wearing a mask and hat. Nothing could hide his joy.

"Why is it so late?" The director no longer used the speaker to talk to people at this time. Instead, he gently touched Jiang Yuchen's arm with the speaker, and his eyes moved back, falling on the sight of Jian Chen, who couldn't help but narrow his eyes.

Jiang Yuchen stopped in front of him and took off his mask. Before he could answer, the director mysteriously pulled him aside and asked him very excitedly: "Where did you kidnap the kid?"

"Although it is tightly blocked, his eyes look pretty, and he must be good-looking," the director lowered his voice and raised his head, asking excitedly, "is it your junior brother, or is he a newcomer given to you by the company to help guide him?"

"Do you know if he has ever acted? I happen to be short of a role here. How about I ask him..."

"He's never acted before," Jiang Yuchen stretched out his hand to pull him back, and slowed down his speech so that his answer could be heard clearly in the director's ears, "he's not a newcomer, but an assistant."

Oh assistant.

The director was a little disappointed, but soon thought that the assistant couldn't act, so he raised his eyes and asked, "the assistant can do it, too. How about you ask, or should I ask?"
