When they get off the plane they assumed the same formation they always use when in public. Shoulder to shoulder with their bags in between themselves. No one can grab them that way, and even if Neil keeps the binder with the money, Naomi has half the contacts and all the cipher codes to the caches outside the states. Important shit.

She also has a written list tracking every place they been, name and hair colors, so they never repeat anything now that mother is gone.

"Remember," Naomi mumbles in spanish again. She hasn't had the chance to explain the language around their company, it slipped her mind. "We have neglectful parents who leave us to live alone, we don't give them anything more concrete."

"I know, Naomi," Neil says tiredly. She knows he's feeling guilty about this whole thing.

"Don't use spanish around the cousin," Naomi grabs his arm just as they reach the parking lot, she can see a Minyard twin smoking by a fancy car. "Don't use German near the Minyards. Don't use french around Day."

"What can we use?" Neil huffs.

"Sanskrit for all I care," Naomi mutters, letting go of him and letting him lead the way again. "Korean is a safe bet, or swedish. Nicholas Hemmick lived in Germany, his mother is spanish."

Neil huffs a breath, probably because he knew all of that and thinks she's worrying too much. She probably is. He stops right before the car and squints at it. "Sign language could work."

"I'm so out of practice," She groans a little, playing it up for whatever twin is over there wearing sleeves in May. Probably Andrew. "What college athlete has a fucking GS?"

"Ones who wear all black and combat boots," Neil responds, completely serious.

"Where's my fancy car, then?"

It makes him chuckle a little before they fully approach the car. They keep walking and Naomi feels her mind working. This twin, the fancy car and long sleeved twin, has an impassive and almost bored look on his face. She's sure it's Andrew. His hair is the same, he's wearing long sleeves and he's smoking which Naomi doesn't think the med student twin would do.

Still, she squints at his plain face and wonders if it could be Aaron after all. The only likely answer is Andrew being sober, it's the only way he could look so bored. Maybe he is.

Not like it's her problem, his sobriety and court ordered mania has nothing to do with her. Naomi is here to play Exy and keep Neil from dying. A Minyard breaking the law shouldn't hinder either of those, and until it does Naomi doesn't care what they do.

"Neil, Naomi," He says instead of a hello. "Baggage claim."

"Just these," Neil says, his hands grip his duffle strap tighter. Naomi wishes he'd stop doing that.

Either way, the twin (as confident she was that this was Andrew it wasn't confirmed) didn't comment on that. He just stepped away from his car and dug around in his pockets.

He pulled out a set of keys with an annoyingly orange keychain on it, Naomi wanted to burn the thing. He unlocked the trunk quickly. "Bags in the trunk."

Now. Naomi wasn't nearly as cagey as Neil was about her bag, she understood how off putting it was, but she wasnt really prepared to let it go. It felt like a last layer of armor, even if her hair was blonder than normal.

Neil, though, didn't have much a qualm about it. He simply stepped forward and put his bag in the trunk. It made Naomi follow, reluctantly, her eyes flickering to the twin as he watched them.

They got into the car without much fanfare, Neil took the front. He normally did. Naomi kept her eyes peeled out the window to watch exactly where they were and memorize the path to the airport in case they needed to walk. Her memory came in handy enough that Neil relaxed in the front.
