Knifes pov:
"Ok what the fuck is this?!"I say looking down at the large shards of light protruding from the floor, balloon and fan are both silent just staring in shock,
"Since when could he do that?!" I continue looking at them expectantly.
Balloon pulls himself back up off the floor touching at one of the shards of light,it pricked the end of his finger causing him to wince back in pain a small droplet of blood forming,
"I didn't know I could-" he responded looking at the shards in awe.
We stood in silence for a couple seconds,fan immediately stood up running over to the shards
"Oh wow! That's awesome balloon!" He squealed tapping at the large object then immediately pulling away.
"Ow! It's really hot!" Fan frowned looking at his burned finger.
I stare at them both then sigh "so what you can just shoot glowy shards out the ground? How did you even do that?"
Balloon groaned " I don't know! I just touched the ground- ugh this is so confusing!" He seemed upset? I mean if I had cool powers I'd be pumped-
"Well oj just wanted me to come and tell you two losers that you need to come and eat since he's made dinner but this is allot more...interesting" I say picking up a pencil off the floor and pressing it against the shard, the end of the pencil immediately began to smoke be comeing charred almost instantly. "Fucking hell that's pretty cool-"

Fans pov:
THIS IS AWESOME!!! Balloon has powers! POWERS!! How cool is that! It's like all those fan fictions I read!
Not only is he a feathery bird boy! But he's also a magic bird boy! That's awesome.i turned to balloon expecting the same amount of excitement but he looked upset- he was staring at the shard as if it just killed his entire family-
"Uhhh balloon you ok?" I said nudging his shoulder.
He jumped for a second then turned to me again "y-yea I'm good." He looked down at the shards again.
"You look upset? I mean you have super cool powers! Isn't that a good thing?" I continue trying to lighten his mood.
"Yea cool." He nodded again standing up off the floor. "Well uhm knife said something about dinner right- we should probably go eat before it's cold" he said taking my arm and pulling me out the room.
"Well yea I guess... I mean I don't want cold food" it was true I didn't want cold food! Cold food is gross and the texture is all weird.
"Uhm so we just gonna pretend as if you didn't almost just turn me into a kebab?" Knife said crossing his arms.
"We can tell oj about it after dinner I mean there's not much we can do about it" balloon was pretty obviously upset by something but I decided not to pry.
"Well ok! I'm sure test tube will find it interesting!" I responded with a smile, he nodded smiling aswell, knife let out a grumble but then he sighed and began following us back down the hall.

Balloon pov:
*This is horrible- ugh why do things just keep getting worse i almost hurt knife! What if I do that again and hurt someone else! Or kill someone! I mean sure mephone can just revive them but they'll definitely be upset-*
*Plus I ruined ojs carpet... I've only been here a few weeks and I'm already breaking stuff!I hate this! Why did I touch that stupid orb*
I was snapped out my thoughts by knife shaking my shoulder "dude you good? You're staring into space again-..." I now realised I'm standing in the middle of the lobby- well that's super embarrassing. I glanced around, everyone was already sat at the table eating except fan,knife and I.
Fan ran off to be with test tube,lightbulb and paintbrush whist knife walked over and sat down by pickle, there weren't many free spaces so I went and sat down at the end of the table with suitcase who was sat alone.
"Hey suitcase!" I waved at her as I walked over "oh hey balloon" she responded smiling at me. I sat down next to her and grabbed a small plate of food, I wasn't really hungry but I might aswell eat a bit.
"Hey balloon! Actually I've been wanting to ask you about something" she said "uhm I know you guys have talked about a taco girl being in s1 right?"
Her mention of taco took me by surprise but In order to not look to suspicious I tried to hide it. "Uh yea why?"
"It's just a few weeks ago the night you first came down stairs after this whole thing happened I saw a taco girl stood outside- we made eye contact for a moment then she just ran off into the woods again-" she shuffled slightly in her seat.
I didn't really know what to say I mean suitcase had been my best friend since we met so I don't want to lie to her but I can't exactly tell her the truth either.
"Oh uhm well she left after s1 so it must have been some other taco..." I gave her a reassuring smile, I'm mean technically I wasn't lying she did leave after s1 and there is a possibility though small it could be a different taco.she nodded and smiled again " right- yea sorry I just couldn't get it out of my head" I smiled back "it's fine just don't worry about it to much" I really don't want suitcase to get dragged into the whole taco drama- I mean she's already stressed enough I don't need to add that to her problems.
Me and suitcase sat and talked for a while, it was actually pretty nice I guess I just needed a distraction, I still couldn't help but notice some people staring at me but I guess not everyone had gotten over the whole wings thing witch is fair enough I guess.
We finished our food and everyone separated off into there rooms it still wasn't that late but I guess everyone had there own things to do. Knife and fan had already told oj about the damage upstairs, I could tell he was mad but paper helped calm him down as they went to see what happened.
Checking the time I realised I was late to meeting up with taco again!
"Shoot-" I quickly got up and snuck round to the back door again quietly creeping out into the still snowy floor " Jeez it's been snowing for ages now the snows almost up to my knees!" I said to my self out loud.
I ran out into the forest to me and tacos meet up spot.
