Nova:

Riki:
Oh that's great. Congrats Nova. I'm really proud of you .

Nova:
Thanks Riki.

Riki:
You're welcome. Also I never asked what you're studying?

Nova:
I  finished highschool and is now doing a one year course for dance . Since I did extra credit and special courses for dance throughout highschool. They are letting me do this one year course and I'll be able to graduate with others.

Riki:
Oh so after this year you're not continuing uni ?

Nova:
Nope. I can barely afford this.

Riki:
What do you mean?

Nova:
shit how do you unsend a message?

Riki:
You can't unsend the messages once the other person had seen it. But what did you mean ?

Nova:
It's nothing. I don't want to bother you with my sob story.

Riki:
No please tell me . I wanna know.

Nova:
Well you remember how I told you I'm not fully Korean?

Riki:
Ya.

Nova:
Well I'm half Korean from my mom's side and half American from my dad's side.

Dad died pretty early on in my life and after that mom struggled alot and she was struggling to bring me up . So I was sent away to a boarding school in Seoul with a full ride scholarship.

That's where I met MJ. But after Middle school I went back to states and finished highschool there .

So I never really had much friends except for MJ . And my only source of strength was mumma. But she too left me a month before I moved to Seoul again.

She died in a car accident. And I couldn't stay there where there was nothing left for me so I claimed my inheritance from mom's side since the inheritance from dad's side was used up my mom until finding a job and later on for my highschool expenses or atleast that's what I've been told.

Luckily I got a scholarship for the one year course but there won't be any opportunity for scholarship for other courses.. and the inheritance is Barely enough to support myself until I can find a job. Like there is food and other living expenses and the money won't be enough for another 2/3 years worth of uni.

Riki:
It's going great. I just got back from practicing when you texted.

Nova:
Ahh. Anyway don't let me keep you up . You must be tired after all the work . Eat something and take some rest.

Riki:
You do the same. You need energy for uni tmrw. And you deserve a treat . You scored the highest in dance
