SOULLESS

"Oh c'mon!" I sighed,frustruated. I had been in the library for an hour now.
The library was huge,not to forget dusty. I sneezed like ten times. No one ever came here. There is no librarian either so....if you ever want to find a perfect make-out spot,do come here.

"Achoo!" I sneezed again.

"Bless you." A voice said,making me jump from my seat.

I turned around to take a look at my well-wisher and found nothing but darkness.

"Hello! Anyone here?" I called out,waiting for an answer.

Nothing.

It was getting pretty late now. Moreover,my stomach was begging to be fed. Not to forget that a old library in a castle which is 500 years old,can definately creep you out.
Also the fact that James won't save anything for me if I don't hurry to the Banquet Hall. I gathered my things and kept the books back in the shelves. I had checked almost twenty books and found nothing on 'soulless'. I looked around. There were more than thousand books. Just looking at them made me sigh wearily.

It will take me years to find it out.

I shook my head and took a look at my surroundings. I was sure I heard someone.

Maybe my hunger is affecting my hearing.

At the very thought of it,my stomach growled. I laughed at myself as I left the library.

Unknown P.O.V

"Hello! Anyone here?" Heidi called out as I hid behind the shelves. They were a good camouflage. The darkness helped too.

Idiot! Who told you to say that? I scolded myself mentally.

I looked at her again. She looked beautiful. Brown hair,hazel eyes,rosy lips....wait...WHAT?!?!
Rosy lips!? I am thinking of someone's lips who I am going to kill?!?

Whats wrong with me?

I shook my head as I saw her leave the room,laughing her ass out.

I don't know why but it made me chuckle.

Hisperia P.O.V

"Where were you?" I asked Heidi as soon as she sat down and took a bite from her sandwich.
"I told you I was in library. Where is James?" She asked,disgruntled. Probably didn't find what she was looking for.

"He is gone for a bathroom break,which is taking a long time." I answered,shrugging a little.
"Oh! I see you finished yo-"
"Boo!" James slapped Heidi's back,making her drop the salami she was holding.

"Why don't you just go and fu-"

"LANGUAGE!" I screamed at Heidi,earning a few curious glances from our classmates.

Great!

"Okay! Why don't you just go and F youself?" Heidi suggested,glaring at James,who was laughing his butt out.

"I will leave that for you to do!" James answered,winking at Heidi. She rolled her eyes but snickered.

That irritated me,their flirting. I was sure it was because Heidi was my best friend. Well! I hope that is the reason for my irritation.

"Why did you take so long?" I asked James,who was busy staring at Heidi.

"I was in washroom." James answered nonchalantly,taking a muffin from the basket infront of him.

"For twenty minutes?" I asked.

"Sometimes,shit happens!" James said,annoyed.

"Ew! I am eating,for the love of God!" Heidi said,disgusted.

James laughed. I joined him and shortly enough, Heidi joined us too.

"Why are you behind that word? I mean,its nothing important." I said as we three walked towards James room. We always did our homework in James room. That was the only way we three could spend some time together. Why? Because if we try and study in Heidi's room or my room, James would fall asleep on our beds. His bed was as hard as a rock. Mine was like a marshmellow and Heidi's.....like a dream cloud.

"I don't know. Its just as if I have heard it before!" Heidi defended herself.

"Thats bullshit! Even if you have heard it,why are you getting so restless about it?" James asked curiously.
We both looked at Heidi for an answer. She cringed under our piercing gazes.

"I don't know." Heidi sighed in a defeated tone.

I hated her looking like this.

"Tell you what? After studying,I can always come with you to the library and help you." I suggested. This could work. I wanted to find some material on my assignment and seeing Heidi's smile, I knew I had done the right thing.

"Thank you Hisperia. I love you!" Heidi hugged and squealed like a child would,when given a candy.

I chuckled. I guess thats what best friends do unlike James, who was just shaking his head and giving us a 'I don't know you' look.

Deal with it. We all are crazy. The world has never seen anything like this before.°
