See, the others had come up with a plan to kill Deucalion, but Scott had his own motives.
He had set up a secret meeting in an abandoned mall with the main Alpha, hoping to put an end to the bloodshed, but Derek had known about it and went on his own mission to kill him, but the blind man had a trick up his sleeve.
Alaina and Allison had gone to the abandoned mall as back-up, but things didn't go as planned.
Flashback, the other night
Alaina and Allison snuck into the abandoned mall and shared a quick nod, before heading in separate directions.

Allison headed upstairs and perched herself on a ledge, above the floor that everyone was on, loading her bow with a flash bolt as Alaina was on the floor below, where everyone else was, hiding behind a stone column with her gun ready, waiting for the flash bolt.
She hears the whisp of the flash bolt, soaring through the are, before hitting flesh and exploding, creating a loud bang with a bright flash of light. "Your eyes! Cover your eyes!" She heard Deucalion yell to his pack, making her blood boil as she stepped out of hiding, immediately aiming her gun at the female Alpha and shooting her in the shoulder, making her roar in pain, before firing a shot at Deucalion, hitting him in the abdomen.
The villainous Alpha groaned in pain as he swiftly removed the bullet.
Scott then ran for the large Alpha, but was quickly overpowered by him, before Derek ran over and slashed at the Alpha, both evenly matched.
However, Alaina's heart dropped as she noticed that they were getting way too close to the edge.
Scott ran over to the fighting Alphas, sliding on the ground and slashed the larger Alpha's' calf with his claws, causing him pain and a huge loss of balance.
