After going back to Zacks house, you go upstairs to sleep. Awaiting for your next shift.
(Y/N's POV)
I woke up later than I expected. It was 1:15 PM?! Damn, I must have been exhausted. I quickly got out of bed and headed downstairs, but the house was eerily quiet. I searched every room but found no one. Just as I was about to head out the back door, a strange voice echoed behind me.
"Well, hello, darling. I did you a favor."
I turned around, expecting to see something familiar, but instead, my worst nightmare materialized before me. My friends were... dead. I backed up against the wall, my heart racing.
"Don't worry, darling. I won't hurt you. We all know that," the voice said coldly. I desperately looked for an escape, but every exit was blocked. Defeated, I sank to my knees, accepting my grim fate. A sharp, stinging pain pierced my chest.
Then, I woke up with a start.
I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs. My friends were all there, sitting casually on the couch. "Are you okay, Y/N?" Zack asked, concern in his voice. I shook my head slowly, my mind still reeling from the nightmare. Zack noticed my distress and followed me back upstairs.
I sat down on his bed, and he joined me. "What's wrong? You look pale!" he said, his worry evident.
Tears welled up in my eyes as I looked at him. "Zack, I don't even know how to explain this. I had a dream where all of you and Springs... he killed you all and said he did me a favor..." I broke down, crying in his arms. He comforted me, assuring me it was just a dream, but doubt gnawed at me. What if Cassidy's warning was true? I hadn't shared my encounter with Cassidy with anyone, unsure if she wanted it kept secret or not.
After Zack left, I had hours before my shift began. I wasn't even sure if I should go. My thoughts were interrupted by a text from my boss:
"Hiya, kiddo! Just a heads-up: tonight's shift might be tough. We've had issues with break-ins recently, so stay alert!
Sincerely, Your Boss"
That was strange-no one tried to break in last night. Or maybe someone did while I was asleep. I got up to make breakfast, grabbing a box of Fruity Pebbles. It seemed to suit my current mood.
As I poured myself a bowl, images from the nightmare flashed in my mind. My stomach churned, and I lost my appetite. I pushed the cereal aside and got up, feeling self-conscious under my friends' puzzled stares. I knew I was acting strangely, but I couldn't shake the horrors from my dream.
(Time Skip)
I spent hours in bed, dreading the start of my shift. Zack checked on me occasionally, but I avoided talking to anyone else. I didn't want to go to work, especially with my lingering fears about Springtrap. The dream felt like a warning, but I couldn't be sure. Regardless, my shift was starting soon, and I had to get ready.
I glanced at the Valentine's gifts I had for Springs, debating whether to bring them. "Ugh, why not," I muttered to myself. I went upstairs to find my uniform but couldn't locate it in time. So, I settled for an oversized purple hoodie and baggy black sweats before heading out.
(Shift Two...)
I hated being in this building, it smelled of dust and paint. I regretted taking this job, yet there was a strange connection I felt, like I was meant to be here.
