TGCF react to future and past

"hello everyone I'm backk" lovi said barging into room.

"You're late" said Qianqui who was already sitting on chair waiting.

"I know... I don't work as fast as you" she replied smiling sarcastically "Lets begin everyone. Take your seats"

Everyone took their seats and focused  on screen.

Without waiting for response he raised his black robes crossing threshold "well, feng xin probably won't come"

"What are you doing here?" Xie lian asked.

"The emperor detained you and barred his highness tai hua to come. But he didn't said that I couldn't come here"

He didn't bother answering his question, well Xie lian wasn't curious anyway so he didn't question him further. Mu qing looked around the place and his eyes finally landing on Xie lian, he looked him up and down, then suddenly tossed something. Xie lian caught it with his left hand.

It was a bottle of medicine, mu qing apathetically said "it's pretty unsightly to drag around that bloodied arm."

Xie lian looked at him unsure of what to say. Since his third ascension there was one word to describe how mu qing treated him: passive aggressive. It always felt like he was waiting for Xie lian to get booted for third time so he could make sinister remarks. Xie Lian to get booted for the third time so he could make snide

This complete reversal in attitude made Xie Lian feel quite disconcerted.

Feng xin glared at mu qing whose expressions were unreadable. 'is that all he thinks about me?' he thought and remembered his past actions and became more annoyed and guilty.

Seeing Xie lian unmoving he gave him a little smile "Use it or throw it away I don't care. But no one else is coming here to deliver you a thing"

It wasn't insincere smile. It seemed like he was genuinely in a good mood today. Even though Xie lian wasn't feeling any pain there was also no reason to leave injury just like that. Thus he opened small bottle mindlessly pouring it in his palm. But he was confused when not a liquid nor a pill came out of bottle. It was faint blue smoke which wrapped around Xie lian arm, it's scent cool and refreshing. It was certainly high-grade medicine.

"Thank you General Xuan Gen" Xie lian said after coming back to his senses. Meanwhile Mu qing frowned at formalities but said nothing.

Mu Qing asked "Was it true what his highness tai hua said? Did you killed his parents?"

Even though he was trying his best to hide it Xie lian traced uncontrollable excitement in his eyes. He seemed highly interested in Xie lian's massacre. He followed with another question" How did you killed them?"

Others looked at three. Xie lian who was just awkwardly staring at screen and those two who were staring daggers at each other. No one thought it was appropriate to say anything between these three.

Just then another set of footsteps came and it was feng xin. The moment he entered he noticed mu qing standing beside Xie lian smiling and he frowned.

"What are you doing here?" he asked mu qing as Xie lian waved a little bottle in his hand.

"It's not like it's your palace you think you can come and I can't?" Mu Qing replied rolling his eyes.
