PREHISTORIC PARK JDD Version

This story is about a man that is a famous zoologist, named Nigel Marven, who has a love for animals, and prehistory, and he was gonna do something that would change history forever. One day, Nigel was having a safari in Africa, when he finds a creature that was unlike anything in the world, something that most believe to be only a myth, an actual demon, named Boney 10, who got caught in a poacher's trap and Nigel managed to rescue him. Now most would think that demons were known to be evil, however, Boney 10 was actually a friendly old demon dragon that wanted to repay Nigel's kindness, so he promised Nigel that he'll repay him someday, while also telling Nigel not to tell anyone about him as the existence of demons must remain a secret and the fact that no one would believe him anyway. Some time later, Nigel finds a camp that belonged to a trio of demon dragons, but unlike Boney 10, these demons were not only bigger, but they were evil too. The first one in red was ScreamClaw, the second in blue was ThunderSmacker, and the third in black was SpaceWarp, and together they were known as the Demon trio. There was also a cage that held 5 children that happened to be Toons that the Demon trio tricked to giving them their souls to them in exchange for some certain powers they wanted. Turns out that this world was not only home to many animals and humans, but living drawings called Toons, either from cartoons of anime (kinda like the world of Who Framed Roger Rabbit). The first child was a Toon fox boy with a rainbow bow tie named Tommy, the second child be a pink Toon cat girl with a purple sleeveless dress named Gidget, the third child was a little blue Toon rabbit girl with a red sleeveless dress named Melody, who happens to be Tommy's little sister, and the last two are Toon hyena twins, one with a green shirt named Jokey, and the other in the orange shirt be named Jokeo. Nigel managed to rescue the children from the Demon trio, who were forced to retreat as Nigel has water with him, and it's a documented fact that Demon Dragons were weak to water. The kids were very grateful for Nigel saving them, and at first Nigel wanted to get them home, but it seems that they don't have a home, no family to go to either, not to mention that the show they used to work in was canceled so they had no place to work in as well. So Nigel decided to take them in as their guardian, which the kids accepted as they liked their rescuer and all that. Since then, Nigel has been teaching the kids about the animals that they encounter on their adventures, and the kids were loving their new lives with the zoologist. Nigel also learns that the kids have special powers of their own, due to the deal the Demon trio tricked them to accept, Tommy has a body made out of rubber, Gidget has psychic powers, Melody can heal herself and others, Jokey can turn into a mammoth that shoots ice or snow beams from his mammoth form's trunk, while Jokeo can turn into a giraffe that breathes fire. Then one day, Boney 10 returned, and he gave Nigel a special gift as a way to thank him for saving him, which was a pair of silver sticks and a remote, telling Nigel that it will change history. Nigel sets up the sticks on the ground, before pressing a button on the remote, which turns on the sticks that created some kind of portal, much to Nigel's and the kids' surprise. When Nigel puts his head into the portal, he sees a land of another place and time on the other side, which was Argentina 100,000,000 BC, as Nigel can see some dinosaurs marching towards a lake. When Nigel got his head out, he gasped in amazement. Boney 10 explains that he has given him a device that creates a time portal, which the zoologist can use to rescue some prehistoric creatures from extinction, by taking some of them to the safety of the present and give them a second chance of life. Nigel was absolutely thrilled by this, as it was a zoologist dream to see and breed extinct animals, and thanked Boney 10 for the gift, before Boney 10 tells him that he must be careful when he time travels as he knows that changing anything in the past could lead to trouble, and Nigel promises that he'll be careful. The elderly Demon dragon also told Nigel that he must rescue certain creatures that he asks him to bring back, along with other creatures that he and the kids could possibly bring back as long as they can get the main target. After Boney 10 left, Nigel begins to plan on creating the ultimate wildlife sanctuary, for if Nigel's gonna rescue some extinct animals, he'll need a place to put them in. of course Nigel will need a staff to help him on taking care of the animals after they arrive to the present, so Nigel decides to hire some friends of him, like a man named Bob as the head park keeper, or a woman named Suzanne as the head vet. As for the location for the sanctuary, Nigel believes the perfect place would be somewhere in South Africa, and once the place was picked, construction of the park began, and once most of the place was completed, Nigel was ready to make his first rescue mission, which is where this story begins.
