So many ideas ran through Lotties mind did she say what she had to say or kept her mouth shut
She let out a sight and just ran up to her dad and hugged him tightly never letting go.
He kissed her on the head and held her tightly never wanting to let go but he knew what he had to was right
"So lots i've been needing to speak to you" He said whilst letting out a sight.
A worried and confused face appeared on Lotties face
"Dad.. Are you okay?" Lottie asked.
"Well.. it's just i have cancer." He said.
Lotties world frozen she stared at her dad dead in the face not knowing whether to cry or run away and be angry.
"And how long do ya have left?"She asked
"11 weeks at most. i'm so sorry princess" He said kissing her on the forehead
She laid there with her dad for hours on end until she finally got up off the sofa and made her way to bed.
She ran a nice bubble bath with the last bit of hot water she had left, Her mother hasn't been seen in a couple weeks probably working a corner somewhere doing god knows what. And her father has now just been diagnosed with cancer.
After her bath she blowdried her hair adding in some root oil and got her pyjamas on she went downstairs and turnt on the kettle.
"Do you want a tea dad?" Lottie asked
"I'm alright thank you love." Her dad replied
Lottie made herself a cup of tea and got into bed her phone in one hand and the tea in the other
She decided she hadn't spoke to riz in a few hours since the whole situation so she done what was right and texted him

Well, it's just you know my dad has cancer my mum hasn't been home in weeks I'm alone here i hate it here
Evelyn's offered me to stay at hers multiple times but she has a tough life too and i just feel so useless i want to be with you so badly right now
I can come over?
