4. HAMILTON LENNON:

Hamilton Lennon takes the 'healer' position in the main protagonist group and a major helper for Nicholas in the novel. Known of his ethereal beauty, Hamilton is known for being a quiet presence, but is the type to turn eyes when he enters the room. He is also known for his care for patients, showcased by how he does voluntary services at hospitals. Not to mention, he is even working as a part time nurse at his own school clinic for both helping out and gaining experience. He had been nicknamed the 'Winter Lily' just because of his beauty.

5. CHRIS RICHFIELD:

Chris Richfield takes the 'comic-relief' role in the novel. He is a highly energetic boy, with a bubbly, fierce and outgoing personality. He is the type to be friends with everyone, which makes him someone that most of the classmates likes. Due to his erratic nature, he has the tendency to make mistakes in judgement and take risks without thinking about it, and thus, ending up in trouble sometimes. Despite that and some of his drawbacks in one or two subjects, the staff really adores the boy.

6. OLA STANWAY:

Ola Stanway takes the 'damsel in distress' role in the novel. She is the shy girl in the group, paired with social anxiety. She is Jude's childhood friend and the redhead had helped her a lot in the past with bullies. Due to this, Jude is quite over protective of her. In the novel, Ola has many moments where she need to be saved by the group and she really hates that about herself. But, she is also very helpful to the group because of her skills in solving mysteries and stuff that are related to math and patterns. Ola is a genuinely nice girl, but her anxiety keeps her from going forward.

7. HENRY ROTHSCHILD:

Henry Rothschild is the 'angry, hotheaded brute' of the protagonist team. And just like that description of the troupe, Henry is a quite hot headed and impulsive. He gets angry easily and has the 'Fight first, Ask questions later' type of mindset to almost every problem. It is also the reason that ended in his expulsion from the Student Council. He and Chris are childhood friends, before Chris extended that friendship to include Abigail, Jude and Ola. Henry is also seen to love weapons and also likes to fight. He also likes people who shares his same sense of righteousness and justice.

8. JUDE DANVERS:

Jude Danvers is the 'strong female friend' to the heroine in the novel. She is stern, straightforward and respects herself. She is considers as one of the top students of Ludnith Academy. Being the oldest in her family, she has a habit of being over protective over people she loves--which extends to Ola and Abigail. She is ready to put down her books and use her magic to fight if she sees anyone trying to harm her friends and loved ones. Although she is not a part of the student council, she also has a strong sense of justice and hates the idea of bullying. To her friends, she is like an older sister (except for one ahem).

So, if you have not guessed already, I have changed some facts about the characters here and there.
