Don't Go (Triangle Bill Cipher x Reader)

A/n: I'm probably gonna go through and change a few things later but this is fine for now

After what felt like hours of walking (it was only 15 minutes) you were finally getting close.
"Ow, branch in the face." You said to yourself as you pushed passed a few low branches.

"Damn these small trees! Oh ew pleh pleh. Gross" you got a piece of bark in your mouth. For a second you started to wonder if this was worth it. But with the quick realization that you'd be the first person to find his statue kept ya going.

"God damn it Bill why!?" You yelled getting stuck in between a couple branches. Being fed up with these branches you break a few... only to trip and fall down a steep dip into a clearing.
"Ow.."

You stood up, brushed yourself off, and pulled out a few twigs in your hair. "Why..." you looked up (finally) and your eyes widened.

There he was, in all this triangle stone glory. "Woah.. there he is" you stepped closer to him and brushed your hand against his top hat. "Oh yeah" you took out your phone and took a picture for bsf/n.

After sending the picture you looked back to the statue. It was a lot cooler to see then you thought. Reaching your hand out, you moved a few twigs and leaves off him, then a thought crossed your mind.

"No I shouldn't, Alex told us not to shake his hand... but I mean what's the worse that could happen?" Before you could think of any bad out come you grabbed onto the statues hand (you can't really shake hands with stone).

You stayed like that for a few seconds but nothing happened. A bit disappointed you pulled away. "What was I expecting to happen?" You asked yourself, rolling your eyes.

Just as you were about to turn away, forgetting about the treasure box thingy, you heard stone crumble? You looked back to the statues hand only to see the stone crumbling, letting a yellow light to shine through.

"What the.." you watched as the stone crumble down the arm to Bill's triangular body. The light coming through wasn't to bright but enough that it's clearly visible.

You took a step back as the one and only Bill Cipher floated in-front of you. "Holy shit!" You thought as he opened his eye, floating a bit higher.

"Ha... ha ha... HAHAHAHA HOLY HELL I ACTUALLY SURVIVED THAT PUNCH!"
The demon looked down at his shaking hands excitedly, he didn't seem to notice you yet.

You stared up at him in shock, "The real Bill Cipher is floating in front of me!!!" You thought, internally freaking out. You stepped back still trying to grasp the concept, but while doing so you stepped on a branch.

Bill, now realizing he isn't alone, looked down at you. You stared right back at him. He waved his hand in front of you to see how you'd react.

When he saw your eyes following his hand he put it down. "So you can see me. I must still be in my physical form even after all that mess."

You took a deep breath to calm your rapid firing brain, not really knowing what to do from there you sort of just stared at him.

"Well thanks for saving me kid but I've got things to do, Cya!" He yelled as he floated away, only to get 15 feet away.

A blue tinted transparent chain wrapped around his wrist before extending down to yours. You both struggled to get the chain off till you yanked your hand towards you causing Bill to come flying your way.

You moved out of the way but grabbed onto his hand so he didn't face plant into the dirt. "Sorry" you said letting him go once he was steady.

Completely ignoring you, Bill started to freak out. "No.. NONONONO!! I JUST GOT OUT OF THAT STUPID ROCK NOW THIS!?" He yelled. You, wanting to comfort him but choosing to let him get this out his system, sat down against a tree looking at the chain binding you two together.

It was getting dark. You'd have to be home soon. Luckily for you it only took Bill a few minutes to calm down. Once he did he looked at you, who was already looking at him.

"What?" He asked in a harsh tone. "Nothing, I'm just still grasping the fact that you're real."
You answered, getting up. "Why would that surprise you so much? I haven't been gone that long. You must have been there when I took over this place."

You looked at him confused. "Oh he doesn't know he's not in Gravity Falls anymore" you realized "Bill you're not in Gravity Falls anymore."

This time he looked confused. Sighing you decided to tell him what's going on. So after a little while of explaining you managed to tell him what's up.

He stared at you for a second then burst out laughing. "Ha! Good joke kid, so good in-fact I almost believed you!"

"But it's the truth!" You tried to convince him you weren't joking but he didn't seem to get it. You looked at the sky seeing it was sun set you grabbed onto the chain and pulled him through the trees.

"Fine I'll prove it!" You were planning to go home and show him the show. There was no way he could deny the truth then! "Hey! Quit pulling"

You let go of the chain at the request and let him catch up. "Pushy human" he muttered under his nonexistent breath. "Anyway, since I'm stuck to ya I might as well get to know ya. What's your name?" He asked.

"I thought you knew everything." You replied with a smug smile. "He rolled his eye. "Are ya gonna tell me or not?"

"It's y/n, y/n l/n" You answered his question before yawning. "Y/n huh? Anyway where are we going?" This man and his questions.

"To my house, so 1. We can get out of the dark.
And 2. So I can prove you really aren't in your old dimension." You explained, you were probably gonna fall asleep watching the show but whatever.

"Mhm, and how much further is that?" You sighed, he's just gonna keep asking questions huh? "We're almost there"

After a few more minutes of answering and asking questions, you found out that the chain means you and Bill are soul bound, can't be more the 15 feet away from each other, and that Bill isn't to happy about it.

You finally got home but just as you were about open the door you froze. "Wait my mom is gonna freak when she sees you, what are we gonna do about that?"

You asked him, a bit panicked. "Don't worry about that." You looked at him worried but nodded and turned but to the door.

"Mom! I'm home!" You shouted into the house while taking off your shoes. You're mom came down the stairs and gave you a hug.

"I was starting to get worried, don't stay out so late next time." She said pulling away from the hug. She didn't seem to notice Bill. He must've turned invisible for everyone but you.

"I won't" you gave her a smile before heading upstairs to your room. Bill following behind you. He seemed a little grumpy, definitely not happy he's stuck to a mortal.

Once you got to your room Bill sat on your bed looking around the room. You plugged in your phone then turned on the tv.

You sat down by your pillow before clicking on Disney+ you searched up Gravity Falls. Just by seeing the front of the show Bill seemed to be a bit surprised and nervous.

"Ready?" You asked him. "Yup" he said, acting like he was a bit nervous that he might actually be in an entire different dimension then the one he died in.

You pressed play on the show and slouched down into your bed a bit. You were pretty tired and the medicine you took earlier is wearing off so you decided to take a nap while Bill watched the show.

Laying down you pulled a blanket over your legs before resting your head on your pillow and closing your eyes. It took a few minutes to fall asleep but you managed to pass out before the first episode ended.
