Either they've teleported here using Spatial Magic or an Otherworlder has appeared. I need to investigate further to ensure the safety of both the newcomer and the inhabitants of the island.

In the blink of an eye, Jonathan vanished and found himself standing before the Horned Bear.

Killing it will disrupt the ecosystem, so I'll use heretical magic to drive it away, Jonathan thought to himself.

In the next moment, the monster felt a primal fear settle into its soul and fled as if its life depended on it.

Jonathan turned to assess the man's condition. His clothes... I see, he's an Otherworlder. He's almost dead , only miracle magic could save him. Jonathan began to cast the most powerful miracle magic he could cast, then reassured in a comforting voice,

"Don't worry, I'm going to save you."

After finishing treating him, Jonathan noticed the black marking winding up his right forearm. Don't tell me he's...! he thought in shock. I must use Appraisal to verify.
