The cafeteria was so loud filled with the chattering of other students, you sat beside the light Brunnete with blue eyes who you knew was Logan, he honestly looked like a small puppy. Taken out of your thoughts you notice the awkwardness surrounding the whole group it was uncomfortable to say the least so you just decided to eat until someone started talking, you were lucky your brother packed your lunch to your liking and preferences.
You had barely started eating when someone spoke up, your eyes glanced up looking over to the group "I think we should go back to Savannah." Tyler spoke up, you honestly thought it wasn't too bad of an idea but still everyone had agreed it was too dangerous to go back a while back and it seems like Logan read your mind as he spoke up "I thought everyone agreed it was too dangerous...?" you couldn't tell if it was hesitance in his voice or not, Tyler spoke up again this time he sounded more irritated "So what? We're just supposed to let things stay like they are?" Ashlyn the contradicted his words "I'd rather be semi-stuck than permanently stuck" it seems like that angered Tyler even more as he sounded more angry "Well maybe if you would have told us the truth from the beginning, we wouldn't be stuck at all!" he argued as Ashlyn tried defending herself "I already explained why I didn't-" Aiden suddenly butted in cuttin her sentence off "aren't you one to talk. You're the one that pushed it off as a prank and walked off. If she had said anything. Would you have even believed her?" his gaze had then darkened and he sounded like he was mocking Tyler now "with your personality, I seriously doubt it" it felt rather uncomfortable sitting with them all of a sudden 'If they don't quiet down soon others might start looking at us like we're crazy...' you thought as you averted your gaze to the snacks in your lunchbox sighing as you continued to listen to them argue.
A sudden slam was heard from Tyler as he angrily shouted "WHETHER I WOULD HAVE BELIEVED IT OR NOT SHE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING! NOW WE'RE STUCK IN SOME DEMONIC DIMENSION, RUNNING AWAY FROM FLESH EATING CREATURES, I'VE LOST COUNT ON HOW MANY NEAR-DEATG EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD." You glanced over besides you as the dude sitting close by started to moved further, you didn't blame him Tyler sounded crazy at the moment "NONE OF US HAVE SLEPT IN DAYS, WE CAN'T TELL OUR PARENTS OR ANY-" Tyler's angry shouts were suddenly cut off by a slam to the table which ended up startling everyone as Ben held a finger up to his mouth signaling for him to be quiet, you looked over at Tyler noticing as he hesitated for a second before sitting back down and speaking in a more calm yet frustrated tone "If we don't go back to Savannah where this cycle begun... Then what else are we supposed to do?" It had seemed like that had everyone in the group thinking as it went quiet and a feeling of gloominess could be felt around in the air. In a sense Tyler was right and had every right to the outburst everyone was frustrated with this situation but then again if you all went back you could all potentially fix the situation or make it even worse. Should you really risk it?
