As I stood there, staring at the whimsical, slightly lopsided Weasley house, my nerves twisted like the curls on my hair. The tent outside fluttered in the breeze, but my focus was on the door before me. With a deep breath, I reached out and knocked, fidgeting with the hem of my red dress.

The door creaked open, and there was Molly Weasley, radiant and welcoming in a flowing sleeve dress that cascaded elegantly to the floor, with a delicate flower perched on the upper right corner. Her warm eyes lit up as she took in my nervous smile.

"You look absolutely stunning, Molly," I managed to say, stepping into the cozy warmth of the house.

"Why, thank you, dear. And may I say, you look positively enchanting yourself," Molly replied, her gaze lingering on me with an appreciative twinkle. "Also George is on the kitchen dear,"

I walked into the kitchen, my eyes widening in shock as I saw George standing there with a toothbrush awkwardly jammed into his ear. My gaze dropped to the disturbing sight of a gaping hole where his ear used to be, and my heart clenched with a mix of horror and concern.

"What happened?" I demanded, my voice trembling as I struggled to process the scene before me.

George looked at me, his eyes hollow and distant. "The day we were getting Harry to the safety house..." he began, his words trailing off as if the memory was too painful to fully articulate.

I felt a wave of guilt wash over me, whispering a shaky, "Fuck," as I stared at him, my mind racing with regret. "I didn't know... I wasn't allowed to go to that," I added, my voice barely above a whisper.

"It's fine, it's not your fault anyway," George said, giving me a once-over with a knowing look. "You've been busy, I presume?"

"Training," I replied with a sigh, feeling the weight of exhaustion in my voice.

Before we could dive into the conversation any further, Harry walked into the kitchen, followed closely by Ginny. She asked him to zip her up, which he did, but as soon as he was finished, their lips met in a heated kiss. George and I exchanged an amused glance, smirks playing on our lips as we observed the scene.

Ginny must have sensed our gaze because she pulled away from Harry, her eyes flicking towards us with a mix of surprise and embarrassment. Harry, still caught up in the moment, turned his head to look as well.

"Morning," George drawled slowly, his smirk widening as he casually grabbed a coffee cup.

I couldn't help but chuckle as Ginny slinked away, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment, while Harry shot us a bewildered look before following her out. The kitchen erupted with our laughter, the sound of our amusement echoing off the walls.

A few minutes later, Fred bounded down the stairs, his eyes lighting up the moment he spotted me. Without a second thought, he raced over and lifted me into a huge, bear-like hug, spinning me around with a joyful laugh.

"Okay, okay, Freddie, I missed you too but put me down," I said between breaths, laughing as he gently set me back on my feet, his grin as wide as ever.

"So, how's it going?" George asked, his tone light and casual.

I shot him a look, frustration clear in my voice. "Like hell. They've got me training around the clock—literally, that's all I do."

Fred's brow furrowed in confusion. "Training? For what exactly?"

"That's when the war begins," Remus said, strolling into the kitchen with a soft smile on his face.

The moment I saw him, a wave of relief washed over me. I rushed over, unable to suppress the excitement in my voice as I wrapped my arms around him. "Remus!"
