RoHulRat : Brotherhood

Virat went inside Rahul's room. He sat beside him and caressed his hair. Rahul turned to him holding Rohit's hand waking him from his sleep and put Rohit's hand on Virat's hand and above it kept his own hand and hold those three hands with his other hand and kept it closer to his heart.

RohiRat looked at each other and then chuckled. Rohit sat closer to Rahul and caressed his hair. He allowed him to hold his hand that way and kept it near his heart but he  was sitting in slightly uncomfortable position as his back was not having proper support. Mahi came to him and put some pillows behind his back. Rohit thanked him. Mahi Just shook his head indicating there is no need. Ziva came there and Mahi quickly took her out of the room as she was being cranky.

Virat: Ro.. thodi der rest kar le. Bahut thakan dikh rahi hai tere face pe.

Rohit: Lekin..

Virat: Main hoon yahi. Tum at least yahi pe aankhe bandh karke betho.

Rohit nodded in yes. He tried to rest his head on the headboard but feeling Rohit's hand getting away, Rahul pulled his hand. Rohit would have directly fell on Rahul if he has not taken support of his other hand and balanced himself.

Virat: Yahi late jao. Itna bada to bed hai.

Rohit nodded in yes and lie down beside Rahul. Due to Rahul's hold, it was almost looking like Rohit had back hugged Rahul. But it was feeling nice. Rohit was feeling calmer besides his brother. He instantly fell asleep due to tiredness. Virat smiled seeing the brothers.

Rahul woke up after a while but was still sleepy and weak.

Rahul: Vi Bhai..

Virat: Haan bachcha.. yahi hoon main.

Rahul: No. All left. You too.

Virat's heart went out to the boy who was still fearing of being abandoned. But what he was not able to understand is how he would be able to make him realise that he is never gonna be abandoned. Not until he, Anu, Ro and Ritz are alive.

Virat: No one have left you Rahuliya.

Rahul: Don't call me that.

Virat silently chuckled hearing this. In his sleepy mode too, he was whining to him. It was actually a good and a positive sign.

Virat: Achchha baba lekin no one has left you Rah. See I am here and your B-Ro is also here.

Rahul who was sleepy opened his eyes properly and looked at Virat as if asking him are you telling me the truth? Is B-Ro here only? Virat also got it and nodded in yes and signed him to look at his other side. Rahul was about to turn when he saw his hold on Rohit's hand. He reluctantly leave his hand. Virat's heart skipped a beat. Rohit's any action or not even reacting to this could easily increase Rahul's fears and insecurities.

Rohit felt Rahul's hold was not there so he himself hugged him though from behind and started patting his head like he was a small baby and he was making him sleep. Rahul turned to him and found him doing that in sleep. A smile came on his face. Virat was smiling but he was really relieved that Rahul saw the love Rohit has for him.

Virat: You are still sleepy Rah. Try to sleep again chalo.

Rahul closed his eyes instantly holding Virat's hand close to his heart. Virat started caressing his hair. Rohit was still tapping on his head. The love of the brothers was giving the much needed warmth to Rahul. He instantly fell asleep again. Virat stopped caressing his hair once he was sure that Rahul was in deep sleep. He checked his fever and it was gone. Virat sighed in relief. Rahul turned in sleep and kept his head on Rohit's shoulder who in turn took him in a protective hug in the sleep only. Virat smiled seeing them. He gently took his hand back and went downstairs.
