Later that night, I went back into the hut to go to bed. I put on my favourite shorts and newts hoodie as it was pretty cold and that's the only hoodie there was. I blew the fire out and headed into bed though I couldn't sleep. After staring into the dark for about 40 minutes, the hut door opened. I didn't speak and footsteps came over and joint me in bed. I could tell it was newt as he always came in my bed that way but this time he was sobbing, my back was turned from him and he just tucked his head on my shoulder and just cried. I began to cry too and he heard me "y-yn?" He said while crying. I slowly turned around and I could see the stain tears on his face. "I'm s-so sorry my love, I love you too much. Please forgive me". I stared at him and kissed him gently on the lips before tucking into his chest. I felt safe and calmed down and afterwards I said "we will talk about it after I get back from the maze", "WHAT" newt shouted back "your not going in the fucking maze", "you don't own me anymore" I said back to him calmly before falling asleep. Newt moved me and went outside and didn't come back.

Next morning at 6am, Minho came to wake me up "come on sleepy we gotta go". I groaned and then he pulled me out of bed. When I got out the hut I could see newt waiting on the door. Thomas caught up to me and Minho and we ran to the door. Before we began running newt put his hand out, stopping me and kissed me on the cheek and said "see you later my love, be careful" I was unsure but was sort of forgiving him because he been ignoring Teresa so I just replied with "love you" and went off. As we were running I was amazed by the walls and looked up. "You forgave newt quick" Thomas said to be in like a jealous tone "what? O..oh yeah I guess,I love him yk" I smiled and replied that kinda awkwardly. After ages of running we began to get so we ran back as there was nothing else to look at today. Once we got back newt ran to me and held my arms looking me up and down to make sure I'm alright. I laughed and messed up his hair and said "I'm right here babe", we kissed each other on the lips and walked to the garden.

As it's middle of the we still had to work so I decided to work with newt in the garden. After a while we stopped working and laughed with each other. "I forgive you baby" I said in a moaning voice, he grew a smile and put his hands on my cheeks and whispered "I love you". We then kissed over and over again till suddenly someone came next to newt and said "newtie". We both jumped and I tightly wrapped my arms around him. When I saw it was Teresa, I let go of him and looked directly at newt. "Hey newtie" she jumped onto him and kissed his neck. I coughed and newt pushed her off, then grabbed my hand, "Teresa, this is my girlfriend y/n. You need to leave me alone" he said. She looked at me then him and I waved at her sarcastically. She whispered something and walked past us banging me in the shoulder. I looked at newt and burst out laughing and we carried on working. After a while he said "can u go grab some stuff in the forest, be quick" I looked at him and he threw me the basket and I did a fake smiled and said jokingly "I hate u". We laughed and I headed over to the forest.
