With my Best Friend

Carly finds Justin by the railing, looking over the beach. Justin looks at her and with a painful look he tells her, "I have found someone else. I'm breaking up with you. I'm sorry, Carly." He leaves and Carly is there by herself for awhile. She decides to go home, and take a shower before bed. So, she walks and clears her head on the way to her house.

When she reaches the house she goes inside. She gets to the bathroom, she puts her phone on the sink and turns on the hot water before she gets undressed. She gets in the shower, and in the middle of her washing herself a hand turns the water off.
"Drew! I was using that!"
He hands her a towel, she wraps herself in the towel and gets out of the shower.
"Why aren't you answering my calls?"
She goes into her room and he follows her, waiting for an answer.
"First, I was in the shower. Second, I must've forgot to turn it off silent."
He sits on her bed while she goes in her closet to get changed into pajamas.
She asks from in the closet, "What was so important you interrupted my shower?"
"Justin's friends were bragging that he dumped you, I wanted to make sure you're okay.
She comes out of the closet and grabs her brush before she sits down next to Drew and brushes her hair.
"I'm great actually! I was actually wanting to see if you wanted to have our ice cream and movie night."
"Of course! Did you want to come with me to pick your ice cream?"
"No, I'm in my pj's, silly."
"Ok, I'll be right back."
Carly sits at the top of her bed and pulls out a book as Drew leaves for ice cream.
****35 minutes pass****
Drew walks in the door to see Carly has fallen asleep. Drew locks the door, puts the ice creams in the freezer, and turns out all the lights before he lays in the bed and goes to sleep himself.
