If your wondering why Cody said the losses were costly Chapters 5-7 all of the events transpired in 1 day in the span of a few hours.

Losses : 1 LAAT, 3 ATRT's , wounded clones 12 from the 501st Legion, 36 from the 104th Battalion and 12 clones dead from the 104th.

And remember Kamino no longer produces clones because the Senate can't afford the cost and the Republic is no longer at war.

Location Vale

Jaune decided to contact Ozpin and ask for transport to Beacon to avoid attracting attention with LAAT's .

Ozpin: well greetings Jaune, you have been busy.

Jaune: you have no idea sir. * Jaune is not wearing his helmet during the call *

I need to speak with you sir.

Ozpin: me too Jaune, me too.

Jaune: could you send us some transport?

Ozpin: easily, go to the launch pad in 15 mins it will take you to Beacon.

Jaune: thank you sir.

Jaune puts on his helmet

Jaune: alright, Rex return to the 501st and remain on stand by. Bad Batch you can sight see in Vale but gather some news from the city. Fives, Jessie, and Kicks come with me. Break!

Everyone: sir yes sir!

Jaune and his squad moving through Vale is receiving weird looks from its citizens. They board the bullhead and flew towards Beacon.

Jaune still recalls all the pain and torment he went through, while looking out the window. Fives approached him and put his hand on his shoulder.

Fives: are you all right commander?

Jaune: no, I thought I moved past it all. But it all came back so easily.

Kicks approached them and said

Kix: sir traumatic events don't usually fade until you faced the source of them. Since you have been fighting in the wars you never had the chance to address the problem.

Jesse buts in

Jesse: sir were here if you need help.

Jaune: thank you brothers. With small tears his eyes.

The bullhead landed and the team walk towards the headmasters office.

Until they heard someone cry

They turn to see Cardin once again pulling on Velvet's ear.

Jaune approached the two and tapped Cardin's shoulder, Cardin looked over and saw a man in weird armor and asked rudely

Cardin: what the fuck do you wa-

Cardin never got to finish with Jaune basically punching Cardin in the face so HARD a tooth flew out and sent them flying to a lamppost knocking him out.

Jaune gave Velvet his hand to help her up.

Velvet: thank you...

Jaune: your welcome little carrot.

Velvet:!!!!!!!

Only Jaune called her that

Jaune continued to Ozpin's office without a word leaving a frozen Velvet behind looking at his back.

Ozpin's office:

Ozpin: Mr. Jaune is that you?

The team approached the table with Jaune removing his helmet
