Charlie's POV:
I woke up in my bed. I looked over to see Mum in bed beside me. "Good morning", Mum mumbled. I sighed rolled back into Mum's arms. Mum chuckled quietly, before combing her fingers through my hair and leaning down and whispering "wanna go home ?". I peaked over at Mum with a growing smile on my face. I nodded my head eagerly. "We gotta get out of bed then", Mum replied. I scrambled out of bed as quick as I could. "I've never seen you get out of bed so quickly", Mum chuckled, as she slowly got out of bed. I looked around for Kei and Ellie. "They're in another room, fast asleep last I checked, so we gotta be quiet", Mum told me, as she passed me on her way to the bathroom. I looked at the clothes Mum had put on the bed for me. I quickly got changed and than waited for Mum to come out of the bathroom. I sat on the bed waiting until I heard the bathroom door open and Mum came out. "Ready to go for breakfast ?", Mum asked me, holding out her hand. I nodded and headed out the door. Mum stopped us outside the room opposite and gently opened it.
I followed her inside to see Ellie sat on the bed playing with her Narla teddy and Kei still fast asleep beside her. "What are you doing awake Ellie ?", Mum asked, scooping her up. I climbed onto the bed beside Keira. "Can I wake her up ?", I quietly asked Mum. Mum smiled and nodded. "No need I'm awake", Kei mumbled. I giggled and moved closer to Kei as she sat up. "Morning", Mum said to Kei as she leaned over pressing a kiss to her lips before pulling away and announcing "right you've got 5 minutes to get ready, me and Charlie want our breakfast". Keira waved away Mums announcement and slowly got out of bed, and grabbing her clothes and heading into the bathroom. "Why did Kei and Ellie sleep in another room last night ?", I asked Mum, as she lay Ellie down on the bed to change her. "Well, you fell asleep on Leah last night and when we carried you up to bed, Ellie started having a nightmare, and so as not to wake you, Kei said she'd sleep in another room with her, while I slept with you", Mum explained. "Oh", I replied, just as Kei came out of the bathroom. Mum lifted Ellie up onto her hip, and quickly ushered us out the door. As we walked down to breakfast I turned to Keira "mum said we're going home today", I told Keira cheerfully grinning up at her. Keira nodded and held her hand out to me. I grabbed it and we swung our arms as we walked.
When we arrived to breakfast, I headed straight to the cereal area and made up my bowl of coco pops. I looked around for my orange juice. I frowned when I couldn't find it. "Mum there's no orange juice", I told Mum, who chuckled at my face. "This is serious Mum, what will I drink now ?", I frowned up at her. "I think you'll just have to have something else Charlie, what about water ?", Mum tried to answer as seriously as she could, but I knew she wanted to laugh. I huffed and grabbed a bottle of water and went to sit next to Keira. "What's up Charlie ?", Keira asked me, while she spoon fed Ellie her porridge. "There's no orange juice", I muttered as I ate my cereal. "Oh dear, that is a tragedy", Keira replied but I side eyed her to see her trying to stop a smile. "On our way home we'll make a stop to pick up some orange juice", Keira replied. I nodded with a small smile, knowing we were going home soon. Don't get me wrong I love the England girls and hanging out with them is great, but I miss our own life at home in Manchester.
"Are we picking up Narla on our way home ?", I asked Mum as I ate my breakfast. "Mum said she'd bring her down to Manchester herself, we'll be busy for the next few days", Mum replied, just as Ellie began to make it quite clear she wanted out of her high chair. Mum lifted Ellie out of her high chair and onto the ground. Ellie crawled under the table, talking to herself. I finished my breakfast and piled my bowl onto the tray, just as Mum went to pick it up. I turned to Keira who was trying to find Ellie under the table. "What are we going to do when we get home ?", I asked Keira, who had finally found Ellie and was trying to coax her out from under the table. "I was thinking we could do a bit of shopping, a me and you day maybe ?", Keira replied, as she lifted Ellie onto her lap.
I cheered and jumped up, wrapping my arms around her neck, "yess !!", I squealed. Mum came back just then and asked "what's happening ?", "me and Kei are going shopping and you and Ellie can't come", I replied with a grin. "Oh thanks Kei", Mum replied with a frown. Kei stood up with Ellie in her arms and smirked at Mum, "you've enough clothes, you don't need to be doing anymore shopping". I laughed and stuck my tongue out at Mum. Mum just shook her head and tried to tackle me into a headlock. Keira just walked away with Ellie babbling in her arms.
When we reached our room, Mum grabbed the bags and brought them out the door, while Keira did a thorough check of the room to make sure we hadn't left anything, because knowing our family we would be most likely to leave something behind. Just as I was about to follow Mum out the door, Kei called me over "did you want to leave your Williamson 8 jersey behind ?". "Whoops", I giggled, taking the jersey from Keira and rushing out the door to my backpack and shoving it in there. "I'll be telling Le about that now", Keira told me as she ushered me out the room and closed the door behind us. "You wouldn't", I replied uncertain if she would. "Wanna see ?", Kei replied with a grin as she grabbed her suitcase and pulled it along behind her to the lift. Mum just chuckled and grabbed the remaining bags and followed Keira to the lifts. I picked up my backpack and raced after them wanting to push the button and make sure Kei didn't tell Le I almost forgot her jersey.
