Goody Addams:

"And may god reside in all that is good-" your eyes were turned from the pastor at the front of your church your head turning to see the outcast of your small village,  you smiled giving her a small wave as she peaked in from the window, Goody Addams was a quiet girl, you were never allowed to play with her your parents feared that would cause them to be an outcast as well.

You were still nice to Goody, well you were nice to everyone, your mother being a loving wife and your father being the pastor you were the villages little angel. Goody looked at you noticing that you saw her and gave her little wave back. 'Meet me out back' you mouthed to the woman who peaked in. She nodded before slipping back down out of view.

"I have to go to the restroom." You say to your mother, "okay dear but make it quick." She says as you smiled at her making your way past the woman into the isle of the church. You slipped down the hall to the bathroom but took the back exit instead entering the back of the church. There stood the woman in white you loved so much, "Goody Addams, will I ever see you in the church or always lurking on the outside?" You ask the woman who smiled at you, "I think I'd burn before my step foot past the threshold." She joked as you walked towards her. her hands grabbed your waist as she pulled you in for a soft kiss.

your relationship with the woman was a secret, a lesbian relationship was bad enough but a relationship with who the town's people deemed as a witch was suicide. "I think church would look good on you, it may make the towns people like you a little more." You grin fixing your girlfriend's dress. "Hm? I don't want them to like me, I only need you to like me." She said pulling you towards one of the grave stones, the Addams family were not allowed to be buried in the towns graveyard behind the church, they were either burned or buried outside of town, "besides even if I were to be more open with the town what are the chances you and I would still be able to be together like this?" She asked placing her hand on one of the graves, "in a grave yard?" You asked cocking your eyebrow curiously, "no you fool, where I can touch you and kiss you whenever I please." "well Ms Addams no matter what life we are in I will always love you this way." You say gently pecking her lips again.

Since you two were kids you showed nothing but love to the white haired woman, now as adults despite everything you still showed you loved her. "Okay, I have to go, remember I'll slip out after the sun sets to see you." You say pecking her lips, she smiled softly as you pushed a strand of her white hair behind her ear, "keep your head up my beautiful witch, for you shall see this maiden again before the third moon." You chuckled before heading back into the church leaving the young witch with a soft smile on her face.

"Are you okay?" Your mother asked as you slid back into your seat, "what do you mean mother?" You asked confused, "you were out there for a while." She chuckled her fingers moving to your hair as you sat beside her holding your Bible, "yes, I'm well I was just fixing my hair mother." You smile at the older woman who smiled kissing the top of your head. "Okay my little sunflower. Your father and I have a surprise for you tonight as well." You raised an eyebrow curious, "what is it?" You ask but your mother simple smirked, "after you tend to the chickens today get yourself cleaned up and prepared for supper." She chirped making you raise an eyebrow.

"Alright the last egg is collected, thank you Mrs Hennling" you smile at the chicken who rested in her coop, "I'll see you again tomorrow." You say exiting the small chicken fencing, you carried the basket of eggs up to your home you shared with your parents and your older brother that rested at the top of the hill, entering the wooden home you sat the eggs down on the kitchen table, "mother the chickens laid a good amount of eggs this time." You say, your father smiled, "hello my sunshine," the older man chirped, "how was the service today?" He asked as you untied your boots, "it was good! Like always father, you give our people hope, I just wished you'd share the hope with everyone in the village." You state making the man sigh as he tilted his hat, "I presume you mean the Addams girl, yes?" You nodded "she's a good person." "I thought we told you to stay away from that one? She is beyond saving." Your mother asked as she put more wood into the fire cooking the chicken, "I haven't spoken to her since we were children, I'm just-" "good and that's enough speaking of her, in fact go get yourself  cleaned up, our guest will be here soon." Your father cut in not wanting to hear another word about Goody Addams, the name was not to be muttered in the house.
