"Shanks..?" You stared at that red hair... Shanks, he was right in front of you, everyone went silent and turned to look at you, all except...

You opened your eyes and looked up at the blue sky. Sitting up only to see Shanks and Luffy playfully fighting. You laughed standing up and walked over to them. "What's going on here?" You questioned looking at them sweetly

"Shanks stole my lollipop!" Luffy yelled and Shanks just stuck his tongue out at him "Yeah?" You laughed  your gaze moving onto Shanks as he kept blowing raspberries at  Luffy

"Shanks?"  Shanks stopped at looked at you. "Yeah..?" He questioned "Why did you take his lollipop?" Shanks scratched the back of his head "I didn't... This is mine..." A guilty look played on his face

"Shanks just give him back his lollipop!" You laughed as he pouted and held out the lollipop to Luffy, who snatched it away and blew a raspberry at Shanks before running behind you as hiding from Shanks still blowing raspberries at him though

Shanks frowned but you continued to smile at them Luffy holding your leg while sucking on the lollipop "But I want want to Y/n!" Shanks pouted "Then you should have bought yourself one." You laughed "But I did! And I gave it to that little rascal!" He yelled pointing at Luffy pouting. You laughed more.

"Oh really?" You questioned raising an eyebrow "Yeah..." You sighed "And why didn't you by another one?" You looked at Shanks "I didn't think he'd steal it!" Shanks yelled back. "He literally spends almost all day with you... And you're telling me you didn't know he was going to steal your candy when it's all kids want to eat?"  You asked like it was the most obvious thing

Shanks put a hand on his chin "Oh..." You put a hand on your forehead laughing "Really shanks... Really? You're 24! How the hell did you not-..."  You laughed "Alright, come on." You picked Luffy up "Let's go get you a lollipop Shanks, since you're so sad Luffy is eating yours." You smiled as Luffy just ate his lollipop.

Shanks smiled "Thanks Y/n." He smiled as all three of you started walking to the shop well, Luffy in your arms. "Wait, you're paying right?" Shanks asked looking at the sunset "Yes Shanks." You laughed

The next day 

Everyone was sitting at the bar Shanks crew laughing and joking around while Luffy ate and you spoke with Makino sitting next to Luffy as she cleaned dishes, when Higuma and his crew came walking in, he bragged about his bounty and demanded some drinks.

Then Shanks tells him, that him and his crew drank it all and offered him the last bottle, but Higuma smashed it over his head because he felt it was not enough then left with his crew.

Shanks sat on the floor for awhile before him and his crew burst out in laughter while you chuckled and checked on Shanks as well as dried him off and picked up the bottle pieces.

Time skip (after Shanks saved Luffy.)

"Are you okay?" Shanks asked, concerned for Luffy. Luffy nodded, you ran to them "Shanks!" You yelled and ran over quickly checking his arm "Come on shanks we need to get to a doctor!"  You said worriedly helping him up, Shanks just smiled at you, nodded at you letting you help him

Time skip again (to when Shanks is leaving)

"I CANT BELIEVE YOU SHANKS! WHY ARE YOU FUCKING LEAVING?!" You yelled as he told you he was leaving. He hugged you. "I know Y/n. I know...." He spoke softly

"No... NO YOU DON'T! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN! AFTER EVERYTHING WE'VE DONE? AFTER EVERYTHING WE'VE BEEN THOUGH?! HOW COULD YOU!?" You yelled more pushing him off of you and running away to the house that you both lived in

You cried running and pushing through people to get to your house. Once there you get in bed sobbing your heart out, you two weren't lovers... No not at all... Everyone thought you were.

You didn't want him to leave. After both being on the Gold. D. Rogers crew you thought maybe the both of you would have been together forever... Or... At least longer than this... He left to start his crew. Now he's leaving again...

You stood up and walked out of your room and out of the house sitting on the edge of the cliff looking as his ship disappeared into the distance. Luffy was walking towards you, Shanks hat on his head. You grabbed him and pulled him into your lap letting him cry in your arms. As you just looked out at sea comforting him

Luffy left around a couple months ago... And now Shanks was here
