In a futile attempt, Luna raised her palms again, desperately sending weak 'shots' of wind at me. With each effort, the blasts grew weaker as she panted heavily. Her eyes locked onto mine, staring bullets into my soul.

"L-Luna... are you sure you're fine?" I asked, my voice shaking with concern.

Suddenly, a piercing alarm cut through the air, drowning my words.

"Class!" Lyra's voice rose above the din, "I've received news that a 'Masked One' has broken in! I'll try to lock the place dow-."

Her words were abruptly cut through by the ceiling collapsing in the middle of the room. Rubble crashed down, denting and fracturing the ground. Lyra regained her composure instantly, rushing to help the students. I watched in awe as she moved with lightning speed, using her magic without chanting to save precious seconds. With a powerful burst of crimson energy, she blasted the giant rubble, reducing it to harmless debris that scattered across the floor.

My eyes widened, and I shook with amazement at Lyra's quick thinking and formidable power. I turned to look for Luna, and saw her eyes locked onto that... monstrosity.

The room fell into an eerie silence. Everyone stood tense, their guards up, preparing themselves mentally and physically for what was to come. The tension was thick, and every second felt like an eternity.

Suddenly, the students began to lower their guards, the silence stretching too long. But then, I looked up at the gaping hole in the ceiling, and my heart plummeted. A dark figure loomed over the broken edge, my stomach churning with dread.

The figure jumped, crashing down with a deafening impact. Dust and debris erupted from the center, shrouding it in a cloud of chaos. As the dust settled, the monstrous 'Masked One' was revealed.

It stood on two legs like a human, but its grotesque form was far from it. Three animalistic heads, resembling ferocious beasts, jutted out, giving it a menacing, predatory aura. Its jaw, filled with sharp teeth pointing in random directions. Its back was hunched, with jagged bones protruding like twisted branches. Its hands ended in beast-like claws that scraped against the ground, each hand equipped with four razor-sharp talons, while its feet bore three stubby, lethal studs. Its chest had a blue shiny gemstone in the middle.

Its cold, dark, lifeless eyes locked onto mine. I could feel its overwhelming presence overshadowing me, reducing me to the stature of a mere ant. My feet were locked in place by sheer terror, my mind screaming at me to run, but my body refused to obey.

Then, the creature shifted its gaze to another student. Without warning, it lunged, its claws outstretched, aiming to tear the student apart.

"Crimson Bolt!" Lyra's voice rang out like a battle cry as she leapt over the 'Masked One'.

A dazzling crimson light erupted from her outstretched hand, illuminating the entire training room with a blinding brilliance. The intensity of the light was like a beacon piercing through the darkness, a fierce and powerful surge of energy that seemed to ignite the very air around it. The crimson bolt coiled around her arm, gaining momentum and heat until it shot forth like a blazing comet.

The light was so intense, it forced me to shield my eyes with my arm. Even through my tightly shut eyelids, I could feel the searing brightness. The force of the attack was palpable, a wave of heat and energy that radiated through the room.

When I dared to peek through my arm, I saw the 'Masked One' staggering back, the crimson energy still crackling and burning along its twisted form. Lyra landed gracefully, her presence a stark contrast to the monstrous foe, standing tall and unwavering, her crimson aura still glowing fiercely.
