This chapter's a little smaller.

Wally and Eddie are besties, which should've been obvious by now.

Home is a caring being. He is happy to care for the neighbors and address their needs and wants. If they want someone to watch over them, Home will do just that. If they want to explain their feeling to someone who they know won't judge or interrupt them, Home will listen.

You'll read mentions of "mama/momma" in this story. Eddie and Wally are referring to Poppy.

Eddie and Wally were having a playdate inside of Home, both regressed. Eddie's little age was 4 while Wally's little age was 3.

The two played together on the floor of Home's living room as Home watched the two with his large window-eyes. Since they seemed to be little enough to need lots of care and attention, Home didn't dare take its eyes off of either of the two for even a split second. He did not want either to end up hurt or lost. Especially because he wouldn't be able to attend to their injuries or get up and look for them. He couldn't even call anyone to help unless someone magically showed up. So, Home had to be extra careful.

"Me wuv mama soooo muts! See coow!" Wally explained happily as he cuddled up with Eddie. Both had toy cars and small stuffies in their hands.
(Translation: "I love mama so much! She's cool!")

"Yah, momma's so seet! I 'yuv her so much!" Eddie happily replied as he moved a homemade Poppy-stuffy around as if it was walking. Wally and Eddie made that together. In fact, the two had made plushies of everyone in the neighborhood, with help from Poppy with her knitting and Samuel with his general creativity. Both Wally and Eddie's favorites were Frank, but Wally also really loved Barnaby's.
(Translation: "Yeah, momma's so sweet! I love her so much!")

Wally giggled and moved around his homemade plushy of Frank as if it was stomping around.

"Rawr! Fwank is mad! Someone was bein' mean to ooh, bubba! It was Howdy! He said you talk a wot again! Now papa's mad at him!" Wally explained innocently.
(Translation: "Rawr! Frank is mad! Someone was being mean to you, bubba! It was Howdy! He said you talk a lot again! Now papa's mad at him!")

The mention of Howdy being a little mean caused Eddie to stop for a moment and look down, "...Yeah... He was..." he mumbled sadly.

"Oh. Wait, Howdy was bein' mean again, bubba? I'm sowwy... Me not know..." Wally explained as he lowered the plush toy of Frank.
(Translation: "Oh. Wait, Howdy was being mean again, bubba? I'm sorry... I didn't know...")

"...Is otay... I used tah it now... but it maes me weawwy sad...!" Eddie replied sadly, tearing up a little.
(Translation: "It's okay... I'm used to it now... but it makes me really sad...!")

"I dunno why he tweats ooh wike dat. You weawwy nice!" Wally replied sympathetically.
(Translation: "I don't know why he treats you like that. You're really nice!")

"I am...?" Eddie asked.

"Yah! I wuv ooh, bubba!" Wally happily replied.
(Translation: "Yeah! I love you, bubba!")

Eddie smiled as his tears dried, "I 'yuv ooh too, bu'y! You a gweat fwien and super duper nice to me and evewyone hewe!!!" he happily complimented Wally.
(Translation: "I love you too, buddy! You're a great friend and super duper nice to me and everyone here!")

"Fank ooh, bubba! Wanna go back to pwaying with stuffies?" Wally asked happily.
(Translation: "Thank you, bubba! Wanna go back to playing with stuffies?")

"Mhm!" Eddie happily said as he pulled out a Howdy plushie and plushie of himself. Wally pulled out a Frank plushie and one of himself.

The two acted out a scene with the plushies. Frank defended Eddie, who was sad because Howdy said he talked too much. Wally hugged Eddie and comforted him.
Soon enough, Howdy realized what he had said was wrong and apologized to Eddie. Eddie accepted the apology and forgave the caterpillar. The four hung out and seemed like good friends. It seemed that they were very happy to be friends again.

And all of the plushies lived happily ever after.

"The end!" Wally and Eddie said simultaneously while giggling.

The two cleaned up the toys, grabbed a plushie they wanted near them when sleeping, walked over to the couch, cuddled up together, and slept very comfortably. Home watched over them until it, too, feel asleep.
