Lucy's POV I woke up laying on Tim's Chest and he woke up around the same time. Tim: Good morning Lucy: Good morning Tim: how'd you sleep? Lucy: besides the few times I woke up, pretty good actually. What about you? Tim: same thing. Want some coffee Lucy: yeah sure before he got out of bed he gave me a quick kiss and started coffee. I followed him into the kitchen. Lucy: so what now Tim: what do you mean what now? Lucy: with us Tim: well, I'd like to take you out on a real date tonight. If that's okay with you Lucy: sounds great Tim: until then, why don't we just relax Lucy: ok, let me text Tamara. But, I do have to leave at around 4. Tim: ok, i'll pick you up at 5:15 ish? Lucy: sounds good. Where are we going? Tim: it's a surprise, but dress nice Lucy: when do I not Tim: very funny, you know what I mean I let out a small smile and so did he. I texted Tamara about how I told him how I felt and she texted me very happy about it. I told here i was staying her until 4 and we're going on a date tonight at around 5:15. Tim: want some breakfast Lucy: sure, can I help you make it Tim: you're my guest, relax Lucy: please can I help? Tim: if you must he said laughing Tim: what do you want? Lucy: pancakes? Tim: I was hoping you'd say that we made pancakes and sat down and ate together. I made him let me help with dishes
Tim's POV she was so smiley recently, she looks better now than she has in a while. Lucy: your house is really nice Tim: thank you, your place is nice too Lucy: ehhh Tim: it is Lucy: thanks Tim: what do you want to do? Lucy: anything really Tim: well we could watch tv, go for a run, walk kojo, walk by the beach, go find something in the city to do, it's up to you Lucy: why don't we go for a run and then watch TV? Tim: sounds good Lucy: do you have anything I could change into? Tim: let me see if I have more of Genny's clothes from when she visited I walked into my bedroom and found some black shorts and a baby blue top. Tim: Do these work? Lucy: yes, thank you Tim: why don't you get dressed in here and i'll change in the bathroom Lucy: it's fine, you stay in here, I'll go to the bathroom Tim: you sure? Lucy: yeah i handed her the clothes and she walked away. I shut the door after she was in the bathroom and got into jeans and a black shirt. i opened the room door when I was done. Lucy opened the door shortly after I did. Tim: You look great, let's go Lucy: that's what you're wearing on a run? Tim: what's wrong with it? Lucy: it's 76 degrees out! you'll be burning! Tim: fine, give me one minute I shut the door behind me and put on some black shorts and a grey short sleeves shirt i usually wear when i work out. I opened the door again. Lucy: much better Tim: Ok, let's go i got on some gym shoes and she put on a pair of Genny's old ones. Lucy: you have a lot of Genny's stuff Tim: she leaves a lot behind, it comes in handy though Lucy: wait, have other girls worn these? Tim: which ones? i said jokingly. She playfully hit my arm Tim: I'm just kidding, i never let anyone else wear her stuff Lucy: aw, so i'm special Tim: not what I said Lucy: but you were thinking it Tim: maybe a little she gave me a kiss and then we went out on our run.
Lucy's POV I had so much fun running with Tim. When we took a quick cooldown we ended up talking for 10 minutes and just joking a lot. We ran back to his house and we broth broke a sweat. Tim: do you want to shower? Lucy: do i smell that bad? Tim: not that bad. I stared at him for a minute Tim: i'm joking, you don't smell. Just wondering if you wanted to Lucy: that would be great Tim: alright I'll get you a clean towel and some clean clothes Lucy: thank you he gave me another pair of Genny's shorts, they were black, and a grey shirt. I set the towel on the towel rack and put the clothes on the counter. I shut the door and hopped in the shower. To my surprise, not only did he have the classic men's 3 in one, but shampoo and conditioner that smelled really good and like a flower. I used that and some body wash. I stepped out and dried myself off after turning off the water. I put on the clothes and they smelled comforting, like Tim's scent. Not to sound weird, but it helped me sleep last night. I stepped out of the steamy bathroom. Tim: feel better? Lucy: yeah, thanks. Quick question, why do you have women's shampoo and conditioner? Tim: i think you already know the answer Lucy: Genny? Tim: yup, same with the body wash Lucy: well, tell her i say thank you because my hair smells so good and my skin feels really soft Tim: i'll be sure to tell her he said letting out a small laugh Tim: alright, i'm going to hop in the shower, make yourself feel at home. Remote to the TV is on the coffee table right here Lucy: thanks he disappeared into his bedroom grabbing clothes and then entered the bathroom. He shut the door and i heard the shower water start. I didn't really want to watch TV without him so I looked out his living room window. It was a big one behind the couch and the view was pretty. You could see the city to the left and if you looked down the right, you saw the beach. I watched people do their lives, I wonder what their stories are. Sometimes, I like to imagine my own stories about them, so that's what I did. I turned around and sat up on the back of the couch. I had my arms holding my head up on the couch back. Before i knew it, Tim was out of the shower. He walked into the living room. Tim: what're you doing? Lucy: just watching everyone Tim: alright, sounds fun Lucy: yeah i turned around to face him Lucy: what do you want to watch? Tim: i'm good, I could sit here watching you all day Lucy: weirdo Tim: hey Lucy: just kidding Tim: it's true though, you have a really pretty smile. I haven't seen it in a while Lucy: thanks i adjusted my whole body to be facing him. He pushed a hair out of my face Lucy: come sit closer, you're so far Tim: yes ma'am Lucy: very funny he got up and sat next to me I gave him a kiss and the kissing lasted a few minutes. We both pulled away and i snuggled my face into his chest. We both laid comfortably and i cuddled into his side Tim: what do you want to watch? Lucy: do you watch Top Chef? Tim: wait you watch that?! Lucy: obviously! do you?! Tim: I do Lucy: can we watch that then? Tim: sounds great he put it on the TV and we watched it for around 2 hours Tim: Hey Luce? Lucy: yeah? Tim: It's 4:15 Lucy: oh crap i've got to do Tim: don't forget your clothes you wore here Lucy: oh wait, I should change Tim: It's fine, Genny won't mind one shirt and shorts gone, she clearly forgot about them and many more Lucy: thanks I put on my boots I wore here Lucy: ignore how stupid this looks please Tim: you could never look stupid he gave me a kiss and i kissed him back. We went on for another 3 minutes Lucy: I want to stay but I really do have to go Tim: i know, bye Luce Lucy: bye Tim i have him another quick kiss and remembered he drove me here Lucy: Tim, you drove me here Tim: well it's a good thing I'm already ready to go Lucy: you knew? Tim: wanted to see how long it would take you to notice Lucy: evil Tim: not evil, just genius Lucy: your ego is talking Tim: sure We walked to his truck and he opened and closed my door for me. He drove me to the apartment and walked me to my door. We said goodbye and kissed before he left. I walked inside and saw Tamara. Tam: how'd it go with Tim? Lucy: really good Tam: that's good to hear, what about Chris? Lucy: he took things really bad last night Tam: i'm sorry Lucy: it's ok, i have to get ready for dinner. You sure you'll be fine here? Tam: yup Lucy: i feel bad, here's some money for takeout Tam: don't feel bad Lucy: still, take the money Tam: if you insist she said smiling. I handed her the money and headed to my room. My hair air dried at Tim's so all I have to do is curl it. After curling it, I put on a black dress, it was the nicest i have. I put on some black heels and did a half up half down hair style with two strands out in the front and a black bag. A part of me feels like i might be wearing too much black.. *the outfit*

I texted tim of black was okay and he said yes. A few minutes later I heard him knock on my door. I opened it and he came inside. Tim: Lucy you look... breathtaking Lucy: thank you, you look handsome here was in black dress pants and a white dress shirt. He had a black dress jacket over it with a black tie. Lucy: do we look like we're going to a funeral Tim: you look too good for that Lucy: thanks, you too i have him a kiss Tim: you ready to go Lucy: yup i said bye to Tamara and we drove to a restaurant. It was new and very fancy. We headed inside and got seated Lucy: Tim, this is beautiful Tim: thank you, I hoped you like it Lucy: I love it we talked and then ordered some drinks and food. The dishes sound really fancy and the wine was really good. I had wine and Tim had a glass of Whiskey. Tim: everything taste good? Lucy: amazing, what about yours? Tim: it's really good too we ate our food and the Tim stared at me for a minute Lucy: You okay? Tim: Lucy, I was wondering if you want to be my girlfriend? Lucy: of course I do! I gave him a kiss and then I heard a loud voice booming. Chris Chris: GET AWAY FROM HER BRADFORD Lucy: Chris, we're not dating anymore, you can't be mad Chris: NO, HES THE REASON WERE DONE, HE DESERVES TO PAY Lucy: leave him alone! Tim: Lucy, it's okay. I can handle him Chris: ID LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY he pulled out a gun and Tim didn't even flinch Tim: put it down Chris, there's no reason to do all this Chris: NO, IVE ALREADY COME THIS FAR, ILL GET WHAT I WANT. COME ON LUCY! Tim: Lucy, don't you dare go with him Chris: SHE HAS NO CHOICE, ILL SHOOT YOU AND ORDER MY MEN TO SHOOT TAMARA! Lucy: no! don't you dare hurt them! Chris: then come with me! Tim: Lucy, don't, he's tricking you Lucy: I'm sorry Tim, I have to Chris: Good girl, let's go he pulled me into a car while having a him pointed at tim making sure he didn't move. We got into the back seat and a driver started to drive us somewhere
Tim's POV As soon as they left, i looked at the plate of the car and called Grey. I filled him on everything and started driving to the station. There we met up and came up with a plan to get Tamara. We went to Lucy's apartment building and were able to take down the two men with Tamara. Tim: you ok Tamara? Tam: yeah Tim: they hurt you at all? Tam: just a push, i'm fine. Where'a Lucy? Tim: we're working on getting her, do you want to go to the station? Tam: yes please i had someone drive Tamara while Grey and I tracked the car. It led to an apartment building just outside of LA. We saw the car parked and entered the building. Tim: excuse me, do you know what apartment Chris Sanford lives in? Desk Woman: I'm afraid I can't give that Tim: LAPD, a life is in danger right now i flashed it badge and so did Grey Desk Woman: 13A Tim: thank you Grey and I ran up to the apartment and knocked on the door just to get and idea of who was in there. I heard someone talk Chris: Who is it? Grey: Repair Man Chris: There's no repairs needed here Grey: I was called to this address Chris started walking towards the door Chris: Look sir- he opened the door to Grey and I shoved my way into the apartment. I punched Chris after he tried to punch me. We fought for a minute and I got cuffs on him. Grey and I searched the apartment and found Lucy tied to a chair in the bedroom. Tim: Lucy! i untied her and grabbed the gag out of her mitt Tim: are you okay? Lucy: i'll live Tim: what'd he do to you? Lucy: just gave me a small beating, he said we'd "have fun later" You guys came just in time. Thank you, both. Tim: Of course Grey: Any time you need something she gave us both a hug and we walked out of the building. I had Angela take Chris to the station so he wouldn't be in the same squad as Lucy Grey and I.
Lucy's POV when k heard a knock on the door i tried screaming but the gag his every noise. Chris moved me to the bedroom and yelled at the door. When i heard Grey's voice, I knew I was saved. It was such a relief seeing Tim. He always seemed to save me. I hit checked out at the hospital and headed home with Tim. He spent the night at my apartment after grabbing some clothes. Tim: Sorry our night was ruined. Lucy: A cool story for our first date to tell our kids Tim: So we have kids now? he said smiling, I smiled back. I gave him a kiss and we watched some Top Chef with Tamara before we all headed to sleep.
