REWRITING // ???? ????? BOOK 1 || Sukuna x Reader, 17+

This and the next chapter will be short and concise followed by 2 long chapters. As I'm excited to introduce the book to Shibuya Arc after they are posted.

"I can walk myself, Yuji." She laughed, as she piggy back rode him. The girls vision was slowly returning in her left eye, the right; still a little blurry. Megumi walked behind them, making sure Y/n wouldn't fall backwards and injure herself, as much as he did trust Yuji.

"You'll fall if you do. Just let him carry you." Megumi told her, watching as the boy held her. Her arms went around his neck, holding onto Yuji strong enough; but not tight enough to choke him out.

"Why are you here again?" She asked, "Here to baby me too?" Questioning his motives, 'Satoru probably sent him since I refused to go with him' Gauging an eye roll from Megumi, he only shook his head. "We care about you Y/n. The last thing we want is unexpected health issues. Especially on top of your recent issues with Gojo-Sensei."

"Mhm." Yuji agreed, while he didn't totally understand the feud between the two one thing was for certain: Sukuna was the problem.

Would anyone ever admit that around Y/n?

Not if they wanted to live.

"Why do you feel so shitty anyways?" Yuji asked, looking up at Y/n, their eyes reaching each others. She herself didn't even have an answer. "I couldn't tell you." She mumbled, "I don't know why I collapsed like that. I even felt my cursed energy slip away from me, even if it was just a second." She added on, looking forward once more.

"Which isn't normal." Yuji and Megumi answered simultaneously.

Y/n groaned as she quit fighting against Yuji, becoming practically deadweight on him. But the boys physical strength was more than enough to carry her. She rested her head on his, as her body became flush with his back. Using just gravity to stay on him. Her arms did still stay around his neck, but it wasn't tight at all. "Tired," She yawned.

"It won't be long. Thankfully Shoko's place is always close to the training grounds." Megumi encouraged her to stay awake with his words, not wanting her to slip in and out of consciousness again. "So just keep fighting that sleep, okay?"

She only responded with an agitated sigh. Yuji laughed as he felt her body relax onto him, but he could feel that she'd probably stay awake just to spite anyone who had been there.

"Why don't we stop for a bit? You two are tired aren't you?" She asked, not moving from her position. She didn't have any room to talk, considering her circumstances. "The garden here is wonderful. I'd rather take a break there before having an extended stay in the infirmary." She complained.

Yuji and Megumi only looked at each other, as he turned around. Y/n only looked at them with pleading eyes.

The boys knew that even if they did refuse her for the right reasons, they'd pay for it eventually. Megumi chauffeured Yuji to where the garden was located, the lake full of Koi fish that were a great pass time to watch. The cherry blossoms during this time of year bloomed beautifully, combining with the wind that kept the Japanese heat at bay.

Sitting on the stones in the garden, Y/n; who never made it to the infirmary, passed out from the cursed technique still in her system.
