Vrindha's morning was anything but routine. The previous night had been a storm of emotions, leaving her exhausted and puffy-eyed. She had cried herself to sleep after the devastating news of her suspension, and the morning light only seemed to emphasize the weight of her worries.

The faint sounds of a devotional song playing from the living room roused her from a restless sleep, a reminder of the world outside her troubles.

As she rose from bed, she felt the weight of her anxieties pressing down on her shoulders. She made her way to the bathroom, splashing cold water on her face and brushing her teeth, trying to wash away the remnants of the previous night's tears. She knew she had to face the day, no matter how daunting it seemed.

In the kitchen, her mother was busy preparing breakfast, the clinking of utensils and the aroma of masala chai filling the air. Her father was in the living room, the low hum of the morning news on TV blending with the familiar sounds of their home. Despite the normalcy around her, Vrindha felt anything but normal.

Forcing herself out of bed, she walked to the bathroom, catching a glimpse of herself in the mirror. The dark circles under her eyes were stark against her complexion, a testament to her sleepless night. Splashing cold water on her face, she tried to shake off the fatigue and anxiety.

After freshening up, she sat down in the living room and reached for her phone. As she started phubbing, she saw Kavitha's story in IG, a pic with her colleagues. She can't help but wonder how time flew fast, where her school going happy sister has now gone for an internship to Switzerland. This reminded her of the good olden days when her sister told her that one day she will rob the Swiss bank with her hacking skills. Vrindha smiled to herself and liked the story. A new email notification caught her eye.

*From:* Krishna Rajkumar *Subject:* Collaboration Proposal

Curiosity piqued, she opened the email. Krishna Rajkumar, from the RK Group of Companies, was proposing a collaboration for her project. Her heart raced. This wasn't just any proposal; it came from one of the most prestigious business groups in the industry. Though EPRO was proposed by a lot of companies, Vrindha has firmly refused them, as it's not just a normal project. It was Adi's idea that she has brought into a reality. And she has always wanted this to be launched by a company who has the same vision as hers. RK Group of Companies is a great choice as she has heard of Krishna Rajkumar. He always takes up projects that supports new inventions without fearing his rivals. But then, the name "Rajkumar" brought back a wave of memories, particularly the unpleasant ones associated with the NGO's rival.

She couldn't help but think about Adi and the dream they shared - EPRO, a project that could bring a genetic revolution. This collaboration could be her chance to bring that dream to life. Yet, the thought of dealing with Rajkumar stirred a mix of emotions. Before she could ponder further, Meera entered her room.

"Morning, Vrindha. Morning mama!

Morning da!

With that, Senthil knew that the girl isn't here for him, so turned back to the TV. Meera turned back to Vrindha.

Looks like you've had a rough night. Feeling better?

Vrindha handed her the phone with the email open. "Read this."

Meera scanned the email, her eyebrows raising in surprise. "Wow, this is huge, Vrindha. RK Group of Companies? That's a big deal!"

"I know," Vrindha replied, her voice tinged with hesitation. "But you know the history. Rajkumar and his dealings with the rival NGO... It's complicated. And there's more. Krishna Rajkumar... he's Adi's brother.".... she sighed to herself..
