Druitt POV

"So what the fuck was that?"I looked at Jey as he stood there with a furious expression on his face. "Why didn't you tell me he was your ex"

"I didn't feel the need to-"

"You didn't feel the need to?!" Jey raised his voice as he cut me off, which only made me get upset.

"No I didn't, because I haven't spoken to or seen his since I was drafted"

"Regardless that's your ex Dru, you knew there was a possibility of him getting drafted and working around us"

"Like I told him earlier today he is a non factor in my life so I didn't feel the need to tell you"

He raised his eyebrows and his scowl deepened "But you just told me you haven't spoken to him since you got drafted? So we're lying to each other now?" he shook his head as he went towards his bag.

Now it was my turn to return a scowl "Jey let's not start, don't forget you didn't tell me about Jeyce"

He turned around quickly "No that is completely different, I was eventually going to tell you, even when you asked me I didn't deny it. You wasn't going to tell me at all"

"That's no true at all"

He crossed his arms as he stared at me "ok, so when were you going to tell me?" I stood there silently, couldn't find any words to say "exactly my point, then you're having secret conversations with him, I don't know what that's about"

I raised my eyebrow "what are you trying to say?"

"I don't know you tell me, hell for all I know y'all ass could've been talking bout getting back together, thinking about the past and shit"

I was stunned, upset that he would even think I would do something like that. "You know what Jey" I blinked my eyes trying to hold back tears "I'm just gonna leave if that is truly how you think of me"

I quickly grabbed my things, sending a text to Liv asking if I could stay in her room for the night. I once I got there she immediately grabbed me into a hug.

"You ok love?"

I sniffled back some tears as I gave her a small smile "yeah I will be, thanks for letting me crash here, I'll be out your hair in the morning"

"it's no problem" she smiled as she walked off to her room and I went into the second room. As I laid down I quickly logged on to my computer pulling up my flight. I was luckily able to change my flight and fly back home to Florida. Using this time as a taking a break from Jey. My eyes felt heavy with tears as I soon drifted off to sleep.
