It was already dark outside and in the detention room . Momo wanted to turn on the light but Jihyo quickly stopped her before her hand could reach the switch .
She said it would be better to stay in a dark room to avoid gaining attention .
" What should we do now ? ", Dahyun asked after hearing complete silence outside
Nobody answered . All of them were just as clueless as the others .
Everyone was lying on the floor tirelessly , they didn't get to eat anything the whole day as their lunch and dinner were spent in the detention room instead .
" I'm hungry... ", Momo held her stomach , everyone could hear the loud grumbling
Jihyo suddenly stood up abruptly which scares the others .
" Anyone has their mobile phones ? ", she asked hopefully
Everyone just looked at the ground .
" It was confiscated by the DM ", Nayeon said
" Don't u have your phone ? ", Sana asked as Jihyo was the only one who wasn't supposed to be in detention
" I left it on my desk in the student council room ", Jihyo sat back down slowly , sliding her back on the wall .
" I have an idea ! ", Sana shouted but quickly covered her mouth
Sana sat in the middle of the room which the others joined her in a circle .
" So your phone is in the student council room on your desk right ", Sana asked for confirmation
Jihyo nodded her head .
" What if someone goes to the student council room sneakily and retrieve the phone and return back here ? That way , we can call for help ", Sana shares her idea
Everyone nodded their heads in agreement , showing a thumbs up at Sana .
" You're smart "
The reaction Sana received made her feel useful for once .
" But who's gonna go out ? ", Momo asked her sister
This made the room fell into silence once again . Nobody's willing to step out of the room as they don't wanna take the risk .
After awhile of keeping their silence , someone raises up their hands
" I'll go ", Chaeyoung stood up bravely
" What do u mean ? I'm not letting u go alon- ", Jeongyeon was cut off
" I'll go with her ", dahyun put her arm on Chaeyoung's shoulder
Both of them doing their bro's handshake .
Jeongyeon just sighed in defeat . She can never win an argument when these two joined forces .
" Then I'll go with u two "
" YAYYY ", both of them celebrated
They looked at Tzuyu , waiting for her to tag along .
However , Tzuyu looks as if she's in a dilemma between staying with her girlfriend or follow her friends .
Tzuyu's thoughts were interrupted when Mina stood up .
" I'll go with y'all "
" And why would u ? ", Chaeyoung asked with a raised eyebrow
" Who knows what if y'all will just run out of school and leave us here alone . Besides that , i know where Jihyo's office at ", Mina looks at them with her judgemental face
" Up to u then ", dahyun cut in before Mina and Chaeyoung would throw fist at each other again
" Be careful ", Jihyo said worriedly
They just nodded their heads and went out . They heard a ' click ' behind them , indicating that Jihyo had locked the door .
On the ground , there were a lot of dead bodies lying down lifelessly with blood gushing out of their bodies . The four of them just stood in front of the door , nobody is brave enough to step forward .
" You go first ", Chaeyoung pushed Dahyun lightly
" Ani , she should go first cos she's the oldest ", Dahyun looked at Jeongyeon
" Excuse me ? it's obvious who should go first ", Jeongyeon pointed at Chaeyoung
" Why me ? I'm the smallest ", Chaeyoung tried to defend herself
" You were acting so brave earlier and now you're a chicken ? ", Jeongyeon raised her right eyebrow
" No shit , i have to do it as you can see , nobody would be crazy enough to go out alone ", Chaeyoung fights back
Mina who stood there silently while listening to their useless complaining decided to move forward first , making sure she's careful enough not to step on any bodies .
" Omg , they are fucking useless ", Mina rolled her eyes , covering her nose at the strong smell of blood
" Hold on , she should go fir- Wait where is she ? ", Chaeyoung pointed to where Mina was standing earlier but the latter was already missing
They looked everywhere and saw Mina walking away from them . The three of them quickly run to Mina carefully , covering theirselves behind her .
After awhile , they finally reached the student council room and went in quietly .
They approached Jihyo's office and saw that her phone was on the edge of the table .
" Found it ", Mina picked up the phone and walked out
Just when they were about to leave the room , they heard footsteps walking outside
" Shh ", Mina shut them while her left hand were on the door handle , not moving a single inch to avoid any attention
They all quickly comply and squat down beside Mina .
" Do u think there's anyone else beside us in the school ? ", the person whispered to the other person
" I don't know , should we check the school later with the others ? ", the person whispered back
After that , they heard the conversation getting further away , all of them let out a sigh of relief
" Let's go now before they saw us ", Jeongyeon said before opening the door .
She didn't realised that there was a canned drink in front of the door and accidentally stepped on it , making a squek noise .
" Fuck ", she looked at the direction the two people went to and saw them looking back
" RUN ! ", she shouted and ran to the other direction with Dahyun following closely behind her
