The Three forgotten Gods

Shanks and his crew had been in Foosha village for about six months now. It was a fun and interesting time already spend there ! Almost every day the boys would be in the bar talking to them and Makino. They also would go onto shanks ship and play different games on it not mostly they would act like pirates, they also would go visit the mounten bandits one a week and spend a night there. Today they were at the beach, like almost every evening, playing around and swimming there for hours.

Today, Shanks decides he would join them for a bit. Even tho he's been on the island for six months, and he has never been to the beach, where three brothers were playing at. As he was walking up to it, he saw Luffy building a sand castle, Sabo who was writing something in a notebook and Ace was laying on top of the water. "Hello Boys" all of them looked at him and started smiling"Hay Shanks, what brings you here?" asked Ace who was getting out of the water after seeing Shanks "I got bored, so I decided to see what you three were up to." "Well today we just played and swam a lot and since its starting to get late we were relaxing, you're welcome to join us if you'd like" "sound like you three had lots of fun today Sabo" and with that he sat between Luffy and Sabo "so is that all you do when you kids come here ?" asked Shanks them "yeah most of the time we play some other games like tag, or we bury one of us in the sand, but we mostly come here to talk to our mother" told Luffy him with a big smile. Shanks looked a bit confused "you're mother?" he saw how their smiles got bigger and how they looked to the sea "Yes she's beautiful, we love her very much. I mean just look at her" Sobo answered him. Shanks was really confused why they were saying that the sea was their mother, but hel figure it out when the time is ripe. But if they were already talking about this topic, he just had to ask "what is it with your parents, you three are here every day and even have a little living space for you, you don't have to answer, if you're not comfortable with it." "Well I ran away from home, my "parents" were just some dumb nobles, I was done with their shit and how they acted and treated others, I would never wanna return to such bad people, so that's why I took Aces last name, so I wouldn't have to be associated with such people" "hmm well I spend a few years with my dad, but it became to unsafe for me there, so grandpa brought me here, and after all that I also took Aces last name" "I was brought here by grandpa as a newborn after my parents died" explained the three boys "wow sounds like you three had an interesting life so far, but now that you three mention it, Ace what is your last name?" Ace chuckled at Shaks question and grinned at him, "well, I wouldn't been able to hide it forever anyways. My full name is Gold D. Ace son of Gold D. Roger" saying that Ace grin only widens and seeing shanks shocked face made it even better "hahaha shanks you should see your face right now, it looks amazing. We all three go by Gold D., so it's Gold D. Sabo and Gold D. Luffy."

After hearing all that it took Shanks a few minutes to realize what Ace just told him "wow well I surely wasn't expecting to hear that" he admitted "we trust you shanks, we've grown quite attached to you and that's why we told you, other than Grandpa, Makino and the mounten bandits, no one else knows" explained Ace to him with made him smile and also happy to hear that they trusted him, he also had been getting attached to the three boys viewing them as his sons, and hearing their words made him happy "I'm really happy that you kids trust me, I won't tell anyone I promise." all four smiled now happily at each other, until Luffy suddenly stood up, walked to shanks and ... "tag, you're it" and ran away, shanks got a bit startled at that, Ace and Sabo also ran away to after realizing what Luffy did. Shanks stood up and started to chase them, and one by one he was catching them. Until he was caring all three boys, they tried to free themselves from Shanks grip, but he just wouldn't budge. But suddenly before they could try something else to get fee then the three brothers suddenly felt something cold hit them at one, he had trown them into the water. The kids gasped "Shanks you did not" but Shanks was just laughing his ass off...well that was until the completely wet kids jumped on him "wait no stop, get of you guys are wet" but it was no use, that was their revenge for trowing them into the water, shanks stumbled back and fell into the sand. They all laugh for a bit and then just relaxed by shanks side, not bothering to get up from him. Sabo and Ace were laying on each of Shanks side snuggling into them, and Luffy was laying on top of his chest snuggling into it. Just after a few minutes of laying there, the boys became exhausted. Shanks noticed that they were getting tired and smiled "good night boys" "good night Dad" and before shanks could even react to their words, they fell asleep. He was not expecting it, but it made him so happy to hear them calling him Dad. In the last six Months, they had spent almost all of their time together.

Smiling and with that thought he fell asleep as well.
